Claims (23)
- セキュリティー素子を備えた有価物であって、該素子が光を直線偏光する少なくとも1つの液晶材料を有して成ることを特徴とする有価物。
- 前記液晶材料がリオトロピック液晶から成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有価物。
- 前記液晶材料の層厚が100〜1000ナノメートルであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の有価物。
- 前記液晶材料が一面に配されているか、または特定の領域に、特に英数字および/またはパターンを成して配され、該材料によって特に局部的に異なる偏光が生じることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載の有価物。
- 前記液晶材料がパターンおよび/または文字を有する背景に配されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載の有価物。
- 前記背景が印刷されているか、基体にインク描きされているか、またはレーザーによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の有価物。
- 前記液晶材料、前記背景、および/または別の層が、機械検査および/または目視検査可能な特性を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6いずれか1項記載の有価物。
- 前記セキュリティー素子がラベルであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7いずれか1項記載の有価物。
- セキュリティー・ペーパー、セキュリティー・ドキュメント、または製品包装であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8いずれか1項記載の有価物。
- 前記セキュリティー素子が視覚効果をもたらす少なくとも1つの層および/または少なくとも該セキュリティー素子の一部を覆う保護層を更に有して成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜9いずれか1項記載の有価物。
- 有価物を保護するためのセキュリティー素子であって、光を直線偏光する少なくとも1つの液晶材料を有して成ることを特徴とする素子。
- 前記液晶材料がリオトロピック液晶から成ることを特徴とする請求項11記載の素子。
- 前記液晶材料の層厚が100〜1000ナノメートルであることを特徴とする請求項11または12記載の素子。
- 前記液晶材料が一面に配されているか、または特定の領域に、特に英数字および/またはパターンを成して配されていることを特徴とする請求項11〜13いずれか1項記載の素子。
- 前記液晶材料の担体が所定の、特に1/4波長または1/2波長の位相シフトを有する複屈折箔であることを特徴とする請求項11〜14いずれか1項記載の素子。
- 視覚効果をもたらす少なくとも1つの層および/または少なくとも一部を覆う保護層を更に有して成ることを特徴とする請求項11〜15いずれか1項記載の素子。
- セキュリティー・スレッド、ルックスルー・レジスター、または硬貨地板であることを特徴とする請求項11〜16いずれか1項記載の素子。
- セキュリティー素子を作製するための転写材料であって、リオトロピック液晶から成る少なくとも1つの液晶材料を上部に配した担体材料を有して成ることを特徴とする材料。
- 前記担体材料が押箔として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項18記載の材料。
- 有価物またはセキュリティー素子を作製する方法であって、
基体を供給するステップ、
前記基体の上部に少なくとも1つのリオトロピック液晶材料を塗布するステップ
の各ステップを有して成ることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つのリオトロピック液晶材料が溶液中に存在し、有向剪断力を加えながら該溶液を前記基体に塗布し、該溶液を構成する溶媒を除去することを特徴とする請求項20記載の方法。
- 有価物を検査する方法であって、
光が直線偏光されているか否かおよび/または
前記光が色彩効果を有しているか否かおよび/または
前記光が銀行紙幣の基体を透過したとき、前記偏光光の偏光が解消されるか否か、および/または前記色彩効果が消えるか否か
をチェックすることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記有価物で乱反射した光および/または該有価物を透過した光をチェックすることを特徴とする請求項22記載の方法。
