Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- ベースプレートとして電池缶の開口部に取り付けられた上キャップと、
前記上キャップに一体的に取り付けられた保護回路モジュールを含むキャップ小組立品と、
を備えた、キャップ組立品。 - 請求項1に記載のキャップ組立品において、前記キャップ小組立品は、電池の過電流、過放電、及び過充電を阻止するための保護回路モジュール、及びこの保護回路モジュールを包囲するためのキャップハウジングを含み、更に、前記キャップ小組立品は、選択的に、電気的な接続を得るための電極蓋、短絡を阻止するための絶縁部材、及び/又は安全エレメントを含むような、キャップ組立品。
- 請求項1に記載のキャップ組立品において、この一体的なキャップ組立品は、前記キャップ小組立品を挿入体として金型に挿入し、このキャップ小組立品を二つの電極端子を含む上キャップの一方の側部に、保護回路モジュールが前記上キャップの前記二つの電極端子に電気的に接続されるように取り付けた後、溶融樹脂で、前記上キャップの他方の側部が前記金型内で前記樹脂の外側に露出されるようにインサート射出成形することによって製造されるような、キャップ組立品。
- 請求項1に記載のキャップ組立品において、前記上キャップには、少なくとも一つの固定溝が形成されており、溶融樹脂はこの固定溝に侵入し、インサート射出成形中にこの固定溝内で凝固するような、キャップ組立品。
- 請求項1に記載のキャップ組立品において、前記保護回路モジュールは、この保護回路モジュール及び前記上キャップが前記金型に挿入される前に前記上キャップに連結されるようになっているような、キャップ組立品。
- 請求項5に記載のキャップ組立品において、前記保護回路モジュール及び/又は前記上キャップには、インサート射出成形中に前記保護回路モジュール及び前記上キャップが前記金型内で位置ずれが生じないようにする少なくとも一つのガイド溝が形成されており、前記キャップ組立品は、前記保護回路モジュールを前記上キャップに連結するための、前記ガイド溝に連結された少なくとも一つの連結部材を更に備えたような、キャップ組立品。
- 請求項6に記載のキャップ組立品において、前記連結部材は、前記ガイド溝に連結されるようにするための、別体の部材であるか、或いは前記上キャップ又は前記保護回路モジュールに形成された突出部であるような、キャップ組立品。
- 請求項6に記載のキャップ組立品において、前記少なくとも一つの連結部材は、前記保護回路モジュールと前記上キャップとの間を電気的に接続するのに使用されるような、キャップ組立品。
- 請求項6に記載のキャップ組立品において、前記連結部材は、前記上キャップの導電性プレート上に一体的に形成された突出連結部材であり、前記保護回路モジュールは、当該突出連結部材に連結される前記ガイド溝を有する基板を含むような、キャップ組立品。
- 請求項9に記載のキャップ組立品において、前記ガイド溝は二つ設けられており、一方のガイド溝は孔形状を有し、他方のガイド溝は窪み形状を有し、これによって、組み立て許容誤差による連結の困難性をなくすような、キャップ組立品。
- 請求項6に記載のキャップ組立品において、前記少なくとも一つの連結部材は、二つの互いに独立した導電性連結部材を含み、これらの連結部材の一方は、前記上キャップに取り付けられており且つ前記電極端子の一方に電気的に接続されており、他方の連結部材は前記上キャップに取り付けられており且つ他方の電極端子に電気的に接続されているような、キャップ組立品。
- 請求項11に記載のキャップ組立品において、前記連結部材は前記上キャップにリベットで取り付けられているような、キャップ組立品。
- 請求項6に記載のキャップ組立品において、前記連結部材及び前記保護回路モジュールはその接触部分で溶接によって連結されているような、キャップ組立品。
- 請求項1に記載のキャップ組立品において、
前記上キャップの上端に設けられた、外周面に沿って凹形となっている溝を持つ樹脂注入材料、及び
電池の組み立て後に前記溝に連結されるリング部材を更に含むような、キャップ組立品。 - 請求項14に記載のキャップ組立品において、前記樹脂注入材料において前記キャップ組立品の側部で窪みが形成されており、この窪みに電解質注入ポートが位置決めされており、前記リング部材には、前記窪みに連結される突出部が形成されているような、キャップ組立品。
- 二次電池製造方法において、
a)カソード、セパレータ、及びアノードを含む電極組立品を電池缶に挿入する工程と、
b)請求項1によるキャップ組立品を前記電池缶の開口部に取り付けた後、前記電池缶及び前記キャップ組立品を連結する工程と、
c)前記キャップ組立品を通るよう形成された電解質注入ポートを通して電解質を前記電池缶に注入した後、電解質注入ポートをシールする工程と、
を備えた、方法。 - 請求項16に記載の方法において、工程b)において、前記キャップ小組立品を前記電池缶に締結、付着、又は溶接で連結するような、方法。
- 請求項17に記載の方法において、前記溶接はレーザー溶接であるような、方法。
- 請求項16に記載の方法において、工程b)において、前記キャップ小組立品は、前記保護回路モジュールが前記上キャップの上部分又は前記上キャップの下部分に配置されるように、前記電池缶の前記開口部に取り付けられるような、方法。
- 請求項16に記載の方法において、前記保護回路モジュールは、インサート射出成形中に当該保護回路モジュールが動かないようにするために、端子用ウィンドウの方向で導入された第1ガイド部材、及び前記樹脂注入ポートの方向で導入された第2ガイド部材によって、前記上キャップ及び前記保護回路モジュールが金型に挿入された状態で固定されるような、方法。
- 請求項16に記載の方法で製造した二次電池。
- 請求項21に記載の二次電池において、前記二次電池の装置への取り付け及び装置からの取り外しを容易にできるように、この二次電池の下端には下方突出部が形成されているような、二次電池。
