Claims (12)
- 液体またはペースト状流体製品を収容することができる一体型の変形可能なフレキシブルパウチであって、開口部ネック(5)を有する剛性の上側部分(3)と柔軟で変形可能な下側部分(4)とを含み、パウチ内に空気が戻ることなく前記製品を確実に小出しするための手段に配置され、この2つの部分(3,4)が、パウチ(2)の収縮中に下側部分(4)の内壁の上部が上側部分(3)の内壁に合わさるように互いに連接され、パウチの柔軟な下側部分(4)が、収縮するときに剛性の上側部分(3)の内壁に折りたたまれるような形状を有する蛇腹を形成する収縮部(7)を有し、前記収縮部(7)が、フレキシブルパウチ(2)の上側部分に形成されていることを特徴とするフレキシブルパウチ。
- 前記収縮部(7)の内径が、パウチのネック(5)の直径よりもわずかに大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブルパウチ。
- パウチの剛性の上側部分(3)が、実質的に円錐台形を有し、上側部分の剛性が、パウチの収縮中にパウチの上側部分の変形を防ぐのに十分であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のフレキシブルパウチ。
- パウチの上側部分(3)が、パウチのネック(5)に接続されるように中心に穴が開いたドームの形を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のフレキシブルパウチ。
- フレキシブルパウチの上側部分の収縮部(7)が、この収縮部と隣接しているフレキシブルパウチのパウチのネック(5)と同じ側の壁(13)が実質的に円錐台形のものであるように調整され、この柔軟な円錐台の基部が、互いに2つの部分の連接部分に沿って剛性の円錐台上側部分(3)の基部に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブルパウチ。
- パウチの下側部分(4)に対する連接部分を支持する剛性の上側部分(3)の基部の直径が、パウチの側壁に対する収縮部(7)の接続部分の外径よりもわずかに大きいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のフレキシブルパウチ。
- フレキシブルパウチ(2)の基部が、直径方向の横材(12)によって強化された凹状形(11)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブルパウチ。
- 剛性ボトル(1)と空気穴(15)のない手動ポンプとに取り付けられた、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブルパウチを含むことを特徴とする液体またはペースト状流体製品を包装し小出しする装置。
- パウチ(2)が、剛性ボトル(1)のネック(5)に気密に取り付けられ、上側部分(3)と下側部分(4)の間の連接部分に、パウチの剛性の上側部分(3)の基部の周囲(9)に形成された1つまたは複数の横溝(21)からなる空気回路(22)を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- パウチが、剛性ボトル(1)のネック(5)に気密に取り付けられ、ボトルの底が、フラップ弁(27)とフィルタ(28)を備えた通気孔(26)を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- パウチの剛性の上側部分(3)の周囲(9)が、ボトル(1)の内壁に形成された肩部(10)に載っていることを特徴とする請求項8から10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- ポンプの本体(16)が、従来の手段によってパウチ(2)の上から剛性ボトル(1)の開口部(6)に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
