反応器シェルと、
反応体を前記反応器シェルに導入するための手段と、
生成物を前記反応器シェルから取り出すための手段と、
冷却手段と
を備えた発熱反応用の反応器であって、前記冷却手段が、第1の端部と第2の端部とを有し発熱反応用の該反応器(20)内で使用するための少なくとも1つの着脱自在な冷却モジュール(1)を備え、該冷却モジュールは、冷却液供給管(2)と、分配室(4)と、複数の循環管(5)と、収集室(6)とを備え、前記冷却液供給管(2)は、その第1の端部にて前記冷却モジュール(1)に冷却液を供給するための入口(3)を備え、その第2の端部にて前記分配室(4)に連通し、前記循環管(5)の各々は、その第1の端部を通って前記分配室(4)に連通し、その第2の端部を通って前記収集室(6)に連通し、前記収集室(6)は冷却液を排出するための出口(7)を有し、前記入口(3)と前記出口(7)は両方とも前記冷却モジュール(1)の同じ端部に向かって配置される反応器(20)を提供する。
一般的には、反応体、特にガス状の反応体を反応器のシェル内に導入する手段は、反応器の底端部に配置されるが、少量はより高い高さにて導入してもよい。適切には、(ガス状)反応体を導入する手段が、ガス、特に合成ガスを導入するためのスパージャーを1個以上備えてもよい。
好ましくは、反応器は、反応器シェル内の反応体及び生成物の循環を変更するのに適合した1個以上のスクリーン又はバッフルを更に備える。
使用中の各冷却モジュールでは、一般的に入口は供給パイプに着脱自在に連結され、一般的に各出口は排出パイプに着脱自在に連結される。
発熱反応を行なわせる方法であって、
反応器に反応体を供給する工程と、
反応器の内容物を冷却する工程と、
生成物を反応器から取り出す工程と
を含み、該冷却工程は、上記記載の冷却モジュールを少なくとも1個備えた冷却手段を用いて行なう方法を提供する。

Claims (19)
- 第1の端部と第2の端部とを有し発熱反応用の反応器(20)内で使用するための着脱自在な冷却モジュール(1)であって、該冷却モジュールは、冷却液供給管(2)と、分配室(4)と、複数の循環管(5)と、収集室(6)とを備え、前記冷却液供給管(2)は、その第1の端部にて該冷却モジュール(1)に冷却液を供給するための入口(3)を備え、その第2の端部にて前記分配室(4)に連通し、前記循環管(5)の各々は、その第1の端部を通って前記分配室(4)に連通し、その第2の端部を通って前記収集室(6)に連通し、前記収集室(6)は冷却液を排出するための出口(7)を有し、前記入口(3)と前記出口(7)は両方とも冷却モジュール(1)の同じ端部に向かって配置され、前記入口(3)は供給パイプ(8)に着脱自在に連結できるよう適合し、前記出口(7)は排出パイプ(9)に着脱自在に連結できるよう適合している冷却モジュール。
- 前記冷却液供給管(2)の前記第2の端部は、前記循環管(5)が連結された前記分配室(4)になり、好ましくは前記分配室(4)が開口部を形成した円錐形の部分を備え、該開口部を介して前記分配室(4)が前記循環管(5)の各々と連通し、
前記収集室(6)が開口部を形成した円錐形の部分を備え、該開口部を介して前記収集室(6)が前記循環管(5)の各々と連通する、請求項1に記載の冷却モジュール。 - 前記冷却液供給管(2)が前記循環管(5)に対してほぼ中央に配置される請求項1又は2に記載の冷却モジュール。
- 前記冷却液供給管(2)が前記収集室(6)から突き出ている請求項3に記載の冷却モジュール。
- 約20〜約4,000個の循環管(5)、好ましくは約100〜約400個の循環管(5)を備える請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の冷却モジュール。
- 冷却管(5)の各々の長さが約4〜約40m、好ましくは約10〜約25mである請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の冷却モジュール。
- 各循環管の直径が約1〜約10cm、好ましくは約2〜約5cmである請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の冷却モジュール。
- 正方形、三角形、長方形、台形又は六角形の断面を有し、好ましくは正方形で断面積が約0.20〜2.00m2である請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の冷却モジュール。
- 反応器シェル(21)と、反応体を前記反応器シェル(21)に導入するための手段と、生成物を前記反応器シェル(21)から取り出すための手段と、冷却手段とを備えた発熱反応用の反応器(20)であって、前記冷却手段が、第1の端部と第2の端部とを有し発熱反応用の該反応器(20)内で使用するための少なくとも1つの着脱自在な冷却モジュール(1)を備え、該冷却モジュールは、冷却液供給管(2)と、分配室(4)と、複数の循環管(5)と、収集室(6)とを備え、前記冷却液供給管(2)は、その第1の端部にて前記冷却モジュール(1)に冷却液を供給するための入口(3)を備え、その第2の端部にて前記分配室(4)に連通し、前記循環管(5)の各々は、その第1の端部を通って前記分配室(4)に連通し、その第2の端部を通って前記収集室(6)に連通し、前記収集室(6)は冷却液を排出するための出口(7)を有し、前記入口(3)と前記出口(7)は両方とも前記冷却モジュール(1)の同じ端部に向かって配置される反応器(20)。
- 前記入口(3)は、供給パイプ(8)に着脱自在に連結できるよう適合し、前記出口(7)は、排出パイプ(9)に着脱自在に連結できるよう適合している請求項9に記載の反応器。
- 前記冷却モジュールが請求項2〜8のいずれか一項に記載の特徴を有する請求項9又は10に記載の反応器。
- 冷却モジュールを4〜100個、好ましくは12〜65個、さらに好ましくは24〜50個備える請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記反応器シェル(21)が前記冷却手段にアクセスするためのアクセス手段(22)を備える請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記冷却手段を支持するための支持手段(23)を更に備える請求項9〜13のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 反応体を前記反応器シェル(21)に導入するための前記手段がスパージャーを備える請求項9〜14のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 生成物を反応混合物(21)から分離するための手段が、濾過器、好ましくは反応器シェル(21)内に配置された内部濾過器を備える請求項9〜15のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 発熱反応を行なわせる方法であって、反応器(20)に反応体を供給する工程と、反応器(20)の内容物を冷却する工程と、生成物を反応器(20)から取り出す工程とを含み、該冷却の工程は、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の冷却モジュール(1)を少なくとも1個、適切には4〜100個、好ましくは12〜65個、さらに好ましくは24〜50個備えた冷却手段を用いて行なう方法。
- 前記反応器(20)に合成ガスを供給して炭化水素の合成を行なう請求項17に記載の方法。
- 請求項17又は18に記載の方法により得られた生成物。
