Abstract
【解決手段】粒状形態を呈し、各粒が少なくとも一層の外層によって被覆された芯によって形成されており、該芯が酸性の多孔性固体により構成されていて、0.1ミクロン〜0.4ミリメートルの間の大きさをもつものである触媒であって、該外層が、均一性基準Cが0.30未満となる一様な厚みをもつことを特徴とする前記触媒。ただし、該均一性基準Cは、外層の極大厚みEimaxとこの同じ層の極小厚みEiminとの差のこれら2つの厚みEimaxとEiminとの平均に対する比の触媒粒標本の数Nにわたっての平均に等しいとして定義されるものとする。

Description
a)粒の各々の芯(この芯は多孔性固体によって構成される)を形成するための結晶または結晶集塊を調製する工程、
b)該芯に少なくとも部分的酸性を付与するために各粒の芯を修飾する工程、
c)各粒の芯の表面に一様に分配された核(該核は外層用に用いる材料を主成分とするナノ結晶から構成されている)を付着させる工程、および
d)各粒の芯の表面で該核を成長させる工程。
Eiminは粒iを取り囲む外層の極小厚みを表わし、Eimaxは同じ外層の極大厚みを表わし、Nは、この均一性の統計学的特徴付けを行なうために用いた粒標本の数に相当する。
a)粒の各々の芯(この芯は多孔性固体によって構成される)を形成するための結晶または結晶集塊を調製する工程、
b)該芯に少なくとも部分的酸性を付与するために各粒の芯を修飾する工程、
c)各粒の芯の表面に一様に分配された核(該核は外層用に用いる材料を主成分とするナノ結晶から構成されている)を付着させる工程、および
d)各粒の芯の表面で該核を成長させる工程。
芯は、ゼオライトY(FAU構造タイプ)で、それに所望の酸性を付与する修飾処理に付したもの(ゼオライトUSY)である。それは、Zeolyst社から入手できるもので((登録商標)CBV780)、45というSi/Al比によって規定され、4〜6μmの集塊の形状を呈し、0.4〜0.6μmの結晶を有する。
9TEAOH:0.25Al2O3:25SiO2:295H2O
この反応混合物を密封性ポリプロピレン製フラスコに導入し、恒温処理する。核の合成は80℃で15日間行なう。合成が終わると、核を洗い、分散させ、順次の遠心分離によって回収し、7に近いpHになるようにする。ベータゼオライト核のコロイド懸濁液のpHをつぎに0.1%アンモニア水の添加によって9.5に調整する。結果として、平均サイズが100nmの核を構成するナノ結晶のコロイド懸濁液が生じる。
− 外界温度から200℃まで10分間かけての昇温、
− 1時間の保持、
− 200℃から550℃への4時間かけての昇温、
− 550℃で4時間の保持。
芯は、以下の方法に従って調製したベータゼオライト(BEA構造タイプ)である。金属アルミニウムを20%TEAOH溶液(水酸化テトラエチルアンモニウムの20質量%水溶液)に外界温度で溶解させ、ついで遠心分離して、残留不純物を除去する。つぎに、TEOS(テトラエトキシシラン)を加え、混合物を、濃厚なゲルが得られるまで撹拌する(必要な6モルの水を得るための外界温度でのアルコールおよび水の蒸発)。HFを添加すると、固体の形成が惹起され、これを、オートクレーブのライニングの中へ導入する前に、できる限り微細に砕かなければならない。合成は140℃で9.5日間行なう。ゲルの最終組成はつぎの通りである:
0.55TEAOH:0.02Al2O3:1SiO2:0.6HF:6H2O
反応混合物を、テフロンライニング付きオートクレーブに導入し、恒温処理する。存在する水が溶媒の役割を果し、自家生成圧を確保してくれる:オートクレーブ内部の圧力は、合成温度での水の飽和蒸気圧に等しい。合成が終了すると、結晶をフィルター上に回収し、洗浄し、ついで乾燥する。
・ 外界温度から200℃まで10分間かけての昇温、
・ 1時間の保持、
・ 200℃から550℃への4時間かけての昇温、
・ および550℃で4時間の保持。
9TPAOH:25SiO2:480H2O:100EtOH
反応混合物を密閉性のポリプロピレン製フラスコに導入し、恒温処理する。合成は80℃で4日間行なう。合成が終わると、結晶を洗い、分散させ、順次の遠心分離によって回収し、7に近いpHになるようにする。シリカライト−1のナノ結晶のコロイド懸濁液のpHをつぎに0.1%アンモニア水の添加によって9.5に調整する。
Claims (9)
- 粒状形態を呈し、各粒が少なくとも一層の外層によって被覆された芯によって形成されており、該芯が酸性の多孔性固体により構成されていて、0.1ミクロン〜0.4ミリメートルの間の大きさをもつものである触媒であって、該外層が、均一性基準Cが0.30未満となる一様な厚みをもつことを特徴とする前記触媒。ただし、該均一性基準Cは、外層の極大厚みEimaxとこの同じ層の極小厚みEiminとの差のこれら2つの厚みEimaxとEiminとの平均に対する比の触媒粒標本の数Nにわたっての平均に等しいとして定義されるものとする。
- 粒の芯の表面の少なくとも95%が少なくとも1層の外層によって被覆されている請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 芯の化学組成が外層のそれと異なる請求項1または2に記載の触媒。
- 粒の芯の大きさが0.2〜100ミクロンの間にある請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の触媒。
- 各粒の外層が結晶化ミクロ細孔性固体である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の触媒。
- 外層の結晶化ミクロ細孔性固体が0.1〜2nmの間の直径をもつ細孔を有している請求項5に記載の触媒。
- 芯および外層がそれぞれゼオライトである請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の触媒。
- 全部の粒についての外層の平均厚みが0.01〜100ミクロンの間にある請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の触媒。
- a)粒の各々の芯であって、多孔性固体によって構成された該芯を形成するための結晶または結晶集塊を調製する工程、
b)該芯に少なくとも部分的酸性を付与するために各粒の芯を修飾する工程、
c)各粒の芯の表面に一様に分配された核であって、外層用に用いる材料を主成分とするナノ結晶から構成されている該核を付着させる工程、および
d)各粒の芯の表面で該核を成長させる工程
を包含する請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の触媒を調製する方法。
