技术领域:
本发明涉及颗粒状催化剂领域,该催化剂的每个颗粒都包括以酸性多孔固体为基的芯,该芯被至少一层均匀的外层包围。
现有技术:
国际专利申请WO 97/33684描述了一种在不同基体表面上制备沸石基薄膜的方法。
国际专利申请WO 99/28031描述了一种催化剂,它含有第一种沸石晶体和不连续的第二种沸石晶体层。
现有技术的这些催化剂有许多的缺陷。特别地,外层的非-均匀性不可能达到最佳的扩散选择性。
外层的非-均匀性应该理解是在芯周围的所述层厚度的不连续性或变化。扩散选择性应该理解是某些反应物或产物比其它的反应物或产物优选通过。通过得越快,化学物种越有效,其扩散选择性就越令人满意。该层覆盖越完全,这种分离就越有效,该层厚度越薄而因此均匀,这种通过就越快。
另外,这些现有方法一般不适合于在其尺寸小于或等于0.4mm的以多孔固体为基的芯上覆盖均匀的层。现有技术的制备方法是采用相对大的mm级尺寸、小曲率的多孔基体实施的,这样有利于被纳米晶体薄层均匀覆盖。
本发明的简要说明:
已发现一种颗粒状的催化剂,每个颗粒包括以酸性多孔固体为基的芯,其周围为至少一个均匀的外层,以及一种能够生产所述催化剂颗粒的方法,每个颗粒由小尺寸,即小于或等于0.4mm的芯构成,并且每个颗粒的芯被至少一个具有均匀厚度的外层覆盖。
可以借助一个标准,所谓的均匀性标准C评价该外层厚度的均匀性,均匀性标准C定义为根据催化剂颗粒试样数量N,它等于该外层最大厚度(Eimax)与其同一层最小厚度(Eimin)之差与这两个厚度Eimax和Eimin平均值的比的平均值。
可以采用本技术领域的技术人员已知的任何方法,例如像采用电子显微镜表征得到的照片或图像分析评价这个均匀性标准。
本发明催化剂的制备方法包括:
a)生成每个颗粒芯的晶体或晶体附聚物制备步骤,该芯是由多孔固体构成的,
b)每个颗粒芯的改性步骤,以便至少使所述的芯有部分的酸度,
c)在每个颗粒芯的表面上均匀分配晶种的粘合步骤,所述的晶种是由以外层所使用材料为基的纳米-晶体构成,以及
d)所述晶种在每个颗粒芯上的生长步骤。
本发明的详细描述:
本发明的目的涉及一种呈颗粒状的催化剂,每个颗粒由覆盖至少一个外层的芯构成,而该芯由酸性多孔固体构成,其尺寸是0.1微米至0.4毫米,其中该外层具有均匀的厚度,均匀性标准C小于0.30,所述的均匀性标准C定义为根据催化剂颗粒试样数量N,它等于该外层最大厚度(Eimax)与其同一层最小厚度(Eimin)之差与这两个厚度Eimax和Eimin平均值的比的平均值。
一般而言,由大量的催化剂颗粒试样得到以均匀性标准C为基的平均值。催化剂颗粒试样的数量N优选地大于或等于100。
本发明的催化剂有外层,其均匀性标准例如可以用下式表达:

可以采用本技术领域的技术人员已知的任何方法,例如像采用电子显微镜表征得到的照片或图像分析评价这个均匀性标准。
在采用电子扫描显微镜测量均匀性标准的情况下,将这些催化剂颗粒分散在Epon或Araldite型合成树脂中。该树脂聚合后,使含有催化剂颗粒的块脱模,形成直径约5mm的圆柱体。首先使用玻璃刀,借助超薄切片机(LKB 8800ultrotome III)切割这些圆柱体。切去其端的树脂,得到呈梯形的小表面积(<0.5mm2)。在检测有意义区域后,使用金刚石刀进行约80nm超精细切割。把这些切片置于载物片上用电子扫描显微镜进行观察。为了观察这些切片,需要采用真空蒸发(氩气气氛)的方法用金使这些切片金属化。使用的设备是PHILIPS XL-30显微镜,其放大倍数是10-50000倍。
采用在上述段中提到的标准C时,本发明的催化剂具有均匀的外层,其均匀性标准小于0.3,优选地小于0.2,更优选地小于0.1。
优选地,至少95%,优选地至少97%,更优选地至少99%,甚至100%本发明催化剂颗粒的芯的表面被至少一个外层覆盖。这样使每个颗粒具有改进的扩散选择性。
根据本发明,芯的化学组成与该外层的化学组成可以相同或不同。优选地,芯的化学组成与该外层的化学组成不同。芯的晶体结构就其这点而言可以与该外层的晶体结构无关,即其结构可以相同或不同。
本发明催化剂的每个颗粒可以有多个外层。根据本发明,这些层中至少一层是均匀的,其均匀性与前面提到的标准一致。这个层有利地包裹至少95%,优选地至少97%,更优选地至少99%,甚至100%这种颗粒芯的表面或支撑该层的下层。
优选地,本发明催化剂的每个颗粒包括单个均匀外层,覆盖颗粒芯表面的至少95%。
本发明催化剂颗粒的芯可以是任何的多孔结构,其孔尺寸是0.1nm至50nm。
本发明催化剂颗粒芯的尺寸是0.1微米至0.4mm。优选地,本发明催化剂颗粒芯的尺寸是0.2-100微米,更优选地0.5-20微米。
本发明催化剂每个颗粒的芯可以是结晶的微孔固体或结构化中孔固体。该颗粒芯可以含有单一晶体或多种晶体,以便生成一种附聚物。在结晶微孔固体的情况下,所述的固体微孔直径可以是0.1-2nm。在结构化中孔固体的情况下,所述的固体中孔直径可以是2-50nm。

结构化的中孔固体可以优选地选自固体MCM-41、MCM-48和SBA-15。
根据本发明,该催化剂颗粒芯是酸性的。采用本技术领域的技术人员已知的任何方法,例如像采用红外分析或热重分析法测定吡啶或二甲基吡啶吸收,可以测定芯的酸性特征。
优选地,本发明催化剂的每个颗粒外层是结晶的微孔固体。优选地,其外层结晶微孔固体具有直径0.1-2nm,更优选地0.1-1.5nm,还更优选地0.1-1nm的孔。

所有催化剂颗粒外层的平均厚度可以随催化剂而改变,对于确定的催化剂,也随期望的反应和实验条件而改变,特别地随温度、压力和/或流体循环速度而改变。所有颗粒的平均外层厚度可用下式确定:
优选地,所有颗粒外层的平均厚度是0.01-100微米,更优选地0.1—10微米。
该颗粒的芯,以及因外层的均匀性,颗粒本身都可以有任何的形状,优选地球形、圆柱形或椭圆形,更优选地球形。
一般而言,颗粒的形状因所述颗粒外层均匀性而与芯的相同。
有利地,该催化剂颗粒的芯是所述颗粒总体积的至少10%,至多99%。这种颗粒芯的半径可以是所述颗粒总半径的至少40%,更有利地至少60%,还更有利地至少70%。
本发明的催化剂可以含有一种或多种元素,特别是金属或其阳离子,或这些元素的化合物,特别是金属氧化物。本发明的催化剂可以含有至少一种选自元素Cu、Ag、Ga、Mg、Ca、Sr、Zn、Cd、B、Al、Sn、Pb、V、P、Sb、Cr、Mo、W、Mn、Re、Fe、Co、Ni、Pt、Pd、Re和Rh的金属。
本发明的催化剂可以含有一种或多种氢化/脱氢组分,例如金属Ni、Co、Pt、Pd、Re和Rh。
本发明的催化剂一般呈阳离子形式,例如呈氢形式或呈铵形式。
本发明的催化剂可以含有能将这些颗粒保持成整体的粘合剂,任选地呈特别的形式,例如呈片剂、挤出产物、珠或粉末形式。该粘合剂还可以具有惰性稀释剂的功能,例如具有控制每单位催化剂重量的活性的功能。因此,该粘合剂可以含有一种或多种由选自Cu、Ag、Ga、Mg、Ca、Sr、Zn、Cd、B、Al、Sn、Pb、V、P、Sb、Cr、Mo、W、Mn、Re、Fe、Co、Ni、Pt、Pd、Re和Rh的元素衍生得到的阳离子或氧化物。
本发明的另一个目的涉及本发明催化剂的制备方法,即呈颗粒状的催化剂的制备方法,每个颗粒由酸性多孔固体构成的芯组成,所述的芯覆盖有均匀的外层。所述的方法包括:
a)构成每个颗粒芯的晶体或晶体附聚物制备步骤,该芯是由多孔固体构成的,
b)每个颗粒芯改性步骤,以便至少使所述的芯有部分的酸度,
c)在每个颗粒芯的表面上均匀分配晶种的粘合步骤,所述的晶种是由以外层所使用材料为基的纳米-晶体构成,以及
d)所述晶种在每个颗粒芯上的生长步骤。
所列出本发明方法步骤的顺序不是必然地相应于这些步骤的实施顺序。作为实例,在制备所述颗粒的步骤a)后可以用颗粒芯直接实施步骤b),或者,在该方法步骤d)后用包括芯及其外层的复合物实施步骤b)。
在步骤a)时,采用本技术领域的技术人员已知的任何方法可以制备本发明催化剂的每个颗粒芯。相应于步骤a)的单个合成步骤时,制备构成每个颗粒芯的这些晶体和晶体附聚物。
在本发明步骤b)时,对每个颗粒的芯进行改性,至少使所述的芯有部分的酸度。采用本技术领域的技术人员已知的任何方法可以进行改性。
例如,在以含有碱金属离子的沸石为基的芯的情况下,改性步骤b)一般应该能至少部分地除去这些碱金属。
步骤b)的改性至少使芯有部分的酸度。这种酸度还可以是全部的,即所有芯的交换位点都与质子结合。
借助与酸,特别是无机酸,例如盐酸的至少一种离子交换,和或借助通过与铵盐溶液,例如氯化铵溶液的离子交换所得到的铵化合物,可以实施这个改性步骤b)。在离子交换溶液中,一次或多次地借助制成浓悬浮液可以进行这种离子交换。芯的沸石在离子交换前一般要进行煅烧,除去任何吸收的有机物而达到有利于离子交换的程度。采用任何的方法,在本技术领域的技术人员已知的操作条件下进行这种离子交换。
在实施本发明方法的步骤c)前,这种芯可以任选地进行各种不同的处理。对于以沸石或中孔材料为基的芯,可以考虑本技术领域的技术人员已知的通常的热和/或化学改性处理,特别地,使这些沸石呈所寻求阳离子形态的离子交换操作。
可以对表面任选地进行处理,提取不利于实施本发明方法步骤c)和d)的元素,从而有利于芯的反应性和/或增加外层的纳米-晶体连接。
在本发明方法的步骤c)时,使分配晶种均匀地粘附在每个颗粒芯的表面上,所述的晶种是由以外层所用材料为基的纳米-晶体构成的。
这些纳米-晶体的尺寸是40-500nm,优选地50-400nm,更优选地60-200nm。
采用本技术领域的技术人员已知的任何方法可以达到这种粘附作用。作为实例,使用化学粘结剂或接枝剂实现这种粘附。
或者,使用表面电荷反转剂实现这种粘附,例如像V.Valtchev等人("21世纪初的沸石和中孔材料",第13届国际沸石会议会议录,蒙彼利埃,法国,2001年7月8-13日,《表面科学与催化研究》(Studies in Surface Science andCatalysis),第135卷,第298页)描述了阳离子聚合物。
例如在两种沸石的一种沸石吸附聚合物后,在搅拌的含水介质中,将芯的沸石与该层的沸石晶种混合,可以实现这种粘附作用,而这种聚合物可使表面电荷反转并保证静电连接。在搅拌的含水介质中,使用两种沸石的一种沸石,例如使用阳离子聚合物,在pH高于7时可以实现这种粘附作用。
构成这些晶种的纳米-晶体通常是采用胶态沸石合成方法,例如采用所谓的“透明溶液”法,像在文章“小颗粒工艺学(small particles technology)”,J.E.Otterstedt,D.A.Brandreth,Plenum Press,1998年中描述该方法,可以合成的沸石。
在本发明步骤d)时,粘附在每个颗粒芯上的这些晶种经历其生长过程。一般为沸石的外层生长过程可以分为一次或多次操作进行,例如在水热条件下把沉积这些晶种的芯浸没在搅拌的含水介质中。
均匀分配在每个颗粒芯表面上的晶种通过生长过程而形成外层,涉及在该芯与该层之间的不连续性。在催化剂每个颗粒的芯/外层所有接合点到处出现这种不连续性。这种不连续性是物质的,即本发明催化剂的整体结构在每个颗粒有确定芯和外层的范围内不是均匀的。采用电子显微镜(扫描、透射?)可观察芯与层之间的这种不连续性。芯与层之间的接合能让人们很好辨别本发明催化剂的每个颗粒有芯和有包裹所述芯的外层。
除了在本发明方法步骤b)过程中进行的改性操作外,该方法可以包括往每个颗粒中,任选地往该粘合剂中加入补充活性相构成该催化剂的附加步骤。这些补充步骤可以在本发明方法的任何阶段进行。可以把它们加到颗粒的芯上、这种颗粒的外层上、整个颗粒,即该芯和外层上或粘合剂中。
一般而言,可以用任何阳离子或任何金属阳离子,特别是元素周期分类表的IA、IB、IIA、IIB、IIIA、IIIB族阳离子,其中包括稀土,和VIII族阳离子,其中包括贵金属,来置换该催化剂芯和/或外层晶体中的一种或多种阳离子。还可以用锡、铅和铋置换这种或这些阳离子。一般使用含有合适阳离子盐的溶液以本技术领域的技术人员已知的方式进行这种交换。在沉积外层前的芯上或同时在芯和外层上选择性地进行这种交换。
本发明的方法可以包括一种或多种元素的沉积步骤,特别地金属或其阳离子或这些元素化合物,尤其是金属氧化物的沉积步骤。本发明的催化剂可以含有至少一种选自元素Cu、Ag、Ga、Mg、Ca、Sr、Zn、Cd、B、Al、Sn、Pb、V、P、Sb、Cr、Mo、W、Mn、Re、Fe、Co、Ni、Pt、Pd、Re和Rh的金属。
可以在芯和/或在包裹所述芯的外层进行这种沉积。使用所述的元素、阳离子或化合物,或使用所述阳离子或化合物的合适前体,采用离子交换法或采用浸渍法可以实施这种或这些元素的沉积步骤。可以在芯的沸石上或在外层上,例如呈煅烧或未煅烧的合成粗制形态,呈氢型和/或呈铵型和/或呈任何其它交换型(金属或非金属),进行这样一种离子交换或这样一种浸渍。
在离子交换的大多数情况下,优选的是只进行金属的部分交换,余下的这些位点被其它阳离子占据,特别地被氢或铵阳离子占据。在某些情况下,可期望通过离子交换加入两种或两种以上的金属阳离子。
在芯的沸石和/或包裹所述芯的层浸渍金属化合物的情况下,该金属化合物添加含量以最后催化剂重量计可以低于20重量%,优选地低于10重量%,更优选地低于5重量%。
可以采用本技术领域的技术人员已知的任何方法进行浸渍和交换。
本发明的方法可以包括活化处理。这些处理包括还原,例如在含有氢的气氛中的还原,以便产生金属或其它还原形态。这些处理可以在制备催化剂的任何阶段进行。然后在反应区内使用催化剂时任选地进行这些处理。
本发明的方法可以包括使用能将这些颗粒保持成整体的粘合剂的成型步骤。这种成型包括催化剂颗粒与粘合剂混合,接着例如挤出、制粒、雾化干燥或所述混合物凝结成滴。该粘合剂可以任选地与活性化合物预先混合,该化合物具有惰性稀释剂的功能,从而控制每单位催化剂重量的活性。
这种粘合剂可以是通常用作催化剂载体的任何物质,例如二氧化硅、不同型的氧化铝、粘土,例如膨润土、蒙脱石、海泡石、凹凸棒石、漂白土,和合成多孔材料,例如二氧化硅-氧化铝、二氧化硅-二氧化锆、二氧化硅-二氧化钍、二氧化硅-氧化铍(glucine)或二氧化硅-二氧化钛。在本发明的范围内可以考虑这些粘合剂的组合。
可以采用本技术领域的技术人员已知的将这些颗粒与粘合剂混合的任何合适方法,特别是适合于将催化剂成型为挤出物、锭剂、颗粒、珠或粉末的方法。
在催化剂含有金属化合物,例如氢化/脱氢组分或具有催化活性的其它金属,以及粘合剂的情况下,这种金属化合物可以在这些颗粒内或在与粘合剂的混合物中和/或在颗粒-粘合剂组合物中进行交换或浸渍。在该粘合剂中浸渍或交换至少一部分金属化合物的情况下,这部分或全部的这些化合物可以是由选自Cu、Ag、Ga、Mg、Ca、Sr、Zn、Cd、B、Al、Sn、Pb、V、P、Sb、Cr、Mo、W、Mn、Re、Fe、Co、Ni、Pt、Pd、Re和Rh的元素得到的一种或多种阳离子或氧化物。
在该催化剂颗粒外层形成后,可以进行热和化学改性操作,以便分解例如结构剂,或有机连接剂,或有机载体材料(如果使用的话),以便使这些沸石呈所寻求的阳离子型。
这种催化剂采用本技术领域的技术人员已知的任何技术,特别采用制粒、挤出、雾化干燥或用粘合剂凝结成滴的技术,可以使这种催化剂成型。有利地,成型后接干燥步骤和煅烧步骤。这些成型固体还可以进行热和化学处理,再用于催化方法。
实施例1:合成一种催化剂,它含有由Y沸石芯上的β沸石层组成的颗粒
该外层是β沸石。形成该层包括制备晶种、将晶种粘附在该USY沸石芯上、晶种生长。
以下述方式制备Si/Al比约17的β沸石晶种:在6.50g 20%TEAOH溶液(Fluka,氢氧化四乙基铵水溶液,20质量%)中水解0.41g异丙醇铝(Aldrich);制备含有溶于20.00g 20%TEAOH溶液中的6.10g新冻干胶体二氧化硅(AkzoNobel,Bindzil 30/220)的第二种溶液。然后将这两种溶液混合起来,得到一种透明的溶液。这种溶液的最后组成是:
9TEAOH:0.25 Al2O3:25SiO2:295H2O
把反应混合物装入密封的聚丙烯瓶中并置于烘箱中,在80℃进行晶种合成15天。一旦合成结束,通过相继离心直到pH达到约7就洗涤、分散和回收这些晶种。然后,添加0.1%氨水溶液将β沸石晶种胶体悬浮液调节到9.5。由此得到一种纳米晶体胶体悬浮液,它是平均尺寸100nm的晶种。
通过使USY沸石晶体附聚物的电荷反转可保证这种粘附作用。制备0.5质量%阳离子聚合物(聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵,Aldrich公司销售)在水中的溶液。添加0.1%氨水溶液将这种溶液的pH调节到9.5。
按照质量比(阳离子聚合物溶液)/(晶体)为133,让USY沸石与这种阳离子聚合物溶液接触。采用倾析回收这些晶体。通过一组使用0.1质量%氨水溶液的洗涤除去过量的阳离子聚合物。
按照质量比(胶体悬浮液)/(晶体)为33,让用该阳离子聚合物处理的USY沸石与β沸石晶种胶体悬浮液接触1小时。采用倾析法回收由粘附在USY沸石晶体附聚物表面上的β沸石晶种构成的固体。通过一组使用0.1质量%氨水溶液的洗涤除去过量的β沸石晶种。
为了除去阳离子聚合物和在USY沸石芯与β沸石晶种之间形成稳定的键,由粘附在USY沸石芯表面上的β沸石晶种构成的固体受到热处理(在空气下),其中包括:
-在10分钟内从室温升到200℃,
-稳定1小时,
-在4小时内从200℃升到550℃,
-以及在550℃稳定4小时,
-在炉子惯性下返回到室温。
将由粘附在USY沸石晶体附聚物表面上的β沸石晶种构成的固体浸没在一定量的在前面定义的合成溶液中,开始晶种生长,以致达到其质量比晶体的质量高100倍,然后在100℃下保持7天。采用倾析法回收由粘附在USY沸石晶体附聚物表面上的β沸石层构成的固体复合物,再用蒸馏水洗涤。然后,该复合物经过滤后,在100℃干燥12小时,在上述热处理条件下煅烧。
形成层的平均厚度是500nm,均匀性标准是0.1。
让由粘附在USY沸石附聚物表面上的β沸石层构成的复合物,与由Sasol公司提供的SB3型氧化铝凝胶混合。混合的膏这时通过直径1.4mm的挤出模进行挤出。如此得到的挤出物在500℃的空气中煅烧2小时。β/USY复合物的重量含量是50重量%。
实施例2:合成一种催化剂,它含有由β沸石芯上的硅质岩-1沸石层组成的颗粒
该芯是根据下述方法制备的β沸石(BEA结构类型)。在室温下,将金属铝溶于20%TEAOH(氢氧化四乙基铵水溶液,20质量%)中,然后进行离心除去残留的杂质。再添加TEOS(四乙氧基硅烷),该混合物进行搅拌直到得到密实凝胶(在室温下蒸去醇和水,得到6摩尔必需的水)。添加HF导致生成固体,它应该尽可能研磨得最细,然后加到压力釜外套中。这种合成在140℃进行9.5天,凝胶的最后组成是:
0.55TEAOH:0.02Al2O3:1SiO2:0.6HF:6H2O
把该反应混合物加到带外套的压力釜中并置于烘箱中。水起到溶剂作用,并保证自生压力:压力釜内的压力等于在合成温度下的饱和水蒸汽压力。一旦合成结束,这些晶体采用过滤器进行回收,洗涤,然后干燥。
可以确定β沸石的摩尔比Si/Al为25,平均尺寸20μm。
对这些β沸石晶体进行改性操作,即进行热处理和离子交换操作。在空气下的第一次热处理包括:
·在10分钟内从室温升到200℃,
·稳定1小时,
·在4小时内从200℃升到550℃,
·在550℃稳定4小时,
·在炉子惯性下返回到室温。
这些晶体的比表面积是约600m2/g。
在约100℃,让β沸石悬浮于浓度10M硝酸铵溶液中达4h,这样进行离子交换。过滤回收晶体,用交换水洗涤,然后在100℃烘箱中干燥16h,并再进行两次离子交换、过滤、洗涤和干燥。
这时,在与第一次同样的条件下保证第二次热处理。
外层是硅质岩-1沸石。该层的形成包括制备晶种、将它们粘附在该β沸石芯上与晶种生长。
制备晶种含水悬浮液,这些晶种由尺寸100nm的纯硅MFI结构类型的沸石(硅质岩-1)的纳米晶体构成。在悬浮液中的沸石质量是4%。
以下述方式制备硅质岩-1的纳米晶体:40.00g TEOS(Fluka,四乙氧基硅烷)在70.28g 20%TPAOH溶液(Fluka,氢氧化四丙基铵水溶液,20质量%)中进行水解,添加10.16g水,然后搅拌这种溶液以便得到一种透明的溶液。该溶液最后组成是:
9TPAOH:25SiO2:480H2O:100EtOH
把反应混合物装入密封的聚丙烯瓶中并置于烘箱中,在80℃进行合成4天。一旦合成结束,通过相继离心直到pH达到约7就洗涤、分散和回收这些晶体。然后,添加0.1%氨水溶液将硅质岩-1纳米晶体胶体悬浮液的pH调节到9.5。
通过使β芯沸石电荷反转可保证硅质岩-1沸石晶种粘附作用。β沸石晶体(BEA结构类型)受到上述的处理。
制备0.5质量%阳离子聚合物水溶液(Aldrich公司销售的聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵)。添加0.1%氨水溶液将这个溶液的pH调节到9.5。
按照质量比(阳离子聚合物溶液)/(晶体)为133,让这些β沸石晶体与阳离子聚合物溶液接触1小时。通过倾析回收这些晶体。可通过一组使用0.1质量%氨水溶液的洗涤除去过量的阳离子聚合物。
按照质量比(胶体溶液)/(晶体)为33,让使用阳离子聚合物处理的β沸石晶体再与该胶体溶液接触1小时。通过倾析回收这些晶体。可通过一组使用0.1质量%氨水溶液的洗涤除去过量的MFI结构类型沸石。
为了除去阳离子聚合物和在β沸石芯与这些硅质岩-1晶种之间形成稳定的键,让该复合固体受到上述的热处理。
将由粘附在β沸石晶体表面上的硅质岩-1沸石晶种构成的复合固体浸没在由摩尔组成3TPAOH:25SiO2:1500H2O:100EtOH所确定的透明合成溶液中,开始晶种生长,以致达到其质量比晶体质量高100倍,然后在200℃下保持45分钟。
将28.92g TEOS、136.54g蒸馏水和16.94g 20质量%TPAOH水溶液混合得到这种溶液。
采用倾析法回收由粘附在β沸石晶体表面上的硅质岩-1沸石层构成的复合物,再用蒸馏水洗涤。然后,该复合物经洗涤后,在100℃干燥12小时。
这些粘附操作和生长重复进行第二次,生长时间60分钟(不是45分钟)。
形成硅质岩-1层的平均厚度是1100nm,均匀性标准0.08。
由粘附在β沸石晶体表面上的硅质岩-1沸石层构成的复合物与由Sasol公司提供的SB3型氧化铝混合。混合的膏这时通过直径1.4mm的挤出模进行挤出。如此得到的挤出物在500℃的空气中煅烧2小时。硅质岩-1/β复合物的重量含量是50重量%。
Claims (6)
1.呈颗粒状的催化剂,每个颗粒是由覆盖有至少一个外层的芯形成,而该芯由沸石构成,且其尺寸是0.1微米至0.4毫米,其特征在于该外层由结构类型上不同于芯沸石的沸石构成,且具有均匀的厚度,均匀性标准C小于0.30,所述的均匀性标准C定义为根据催化剂颗粒试样数量N,它等于该外层最大厚度Eimax与其同一层最小厚度Eimin之差与这两个厚度Eimax和Eimin平均值的比的平均值。
2.根据权利要求1所述的催化剂,其中由至少一个外层覆盖颗粒的芯表面的至少95%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的催化剂,其中颗粒芯的尺寸是0.2-100微米。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的催化剂,其中该外层的沸石具有直径0.1-2mm的孔。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的催化剂,其中在所有颗粒上的外层平均厚度是0.01-100微米。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项权利要求所述催化剂的制备方法,所述的方法包括:
a)形成每个颗粒芯的晶体或晶件附聚物制备步聚,该芯是由沸石构成的,
b)每个颗粒改性步骤,以便至少使所述的芯有部分的酸度,
c)在每个颗粒沸石芯的表面上均匀分配晶种的粘合步骤,所述的晶种是由其结构类型不同于构成所述芯沸石的结构类型的沸石的纳米-晶体构成,以及
d)所述晶种在每个颗粒芯上的生长步骤。
