Claims (13)
- 複数の光繰返し単位を含む多層反射フィルムであって、前記光繰返し単位の少なくとも一部が6層シーケンスCACDBDまたはその巡回置換に配置される個別の層A、B、C、Dを含み、前記A層および前記B層は、前記C層および前記D層より光学的に厚く、前記個別の層は、関係nA≧nD>nC>nBまたは関係nA>nD>nC≧nBを満たす屈折率を有する、多層反射フィルム。
- 前記個別の層はそれぞれ、等方性の屈折率を有する請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記個別の層の少なくとも1つは複屈折性であり、前記屈折率nA、nB、nC、nDは、設計波長で前記フィルムの面における軸に沿って測定される請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記個別の層は、実質的に整合される前記フィルムの面に垂直な軸に沿って測定される屈折率を有する請求項3に記載のフィルム。
- 前記光繰返し単位の少なくとも1つは、設計波長λ0で光を反射するように、設計波長λ0/2の2分の1の光学厚さを有する請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- λ0は、約700nm〜2000nmである請求項5に記載のフィルム。
- 前記個別の層の前記厚さおよび屈折率は、少なくともλ0/2、λ0/3、およびλ0/4の波長で光の反射を抑制するために選択される請求項5に記載のフィルム。
- 前記個別の層は、関係nA>nD>nC>nBを満たす屈折率を有する請求項5に記載のフィルム。
- 前記個別の層は、関係nA=nD>nC>nBまたは関係nA>nD>nC=nBを満たす屈折率を有する請求項5に記載のフィルム。
