- 選択的に毒素を捕捉し、かつ、選択したカチオンを寄せ付けない毒素捕捉手段を含む透析液再生器。
- 半透過性膜をさらに含む請求項1に記載の透析液再生器。
- 毒素捕捉手段が、イオン選択的バリアを含有する請求項1に記載の透析液再生器。
- イオン選択的バリアが、物理的バリアを含有する請求項3に記載の透析液再生器。
- イオン選択的バリアが、炭化水素バリアである請求項3に記載の透析液再生器。
- イオン選択的バリアが、複数の炭化水素鎖を含有する請求項5に記載の透析液再生器。
- イオン選択的バリアが、疎水性である請求項3に記載の透析液再生器。
- 毒素捕捉手段が、活性化炭素繊維を含有する請求項1に記載の透析液再生器。

- 毒素捕捉手段が、透析液からクレアチニンを実質的に除去するために構成される請求項1に記載の透析液再生器。
- 選択したカチオンが、カルシウムイオン(Ca2+)、マグネシウムイオン(Mg2+)、カリウムイオン(K+)またはナトリウムイオン(Na+)の一つを含む請求項1に記載の透析液再生器。
- 選択したカチオンが、必須カチオンである請求項1に記載の透析液再生器。
- 請求項1に記載の透析液再生器を含む透析システム。
- 血液透析システムで使用される請求項1に記載の透析液再生器。
- 腹膜透析システムで使用される請求項1に記載の透析液再生器。
- 毒素成分含有透析液から浄化透析液を生成する透析液再生器であって、当該透析液再生器は、
浄化透析液を生成するために、毒素成分含有透析液から毒素成分の実質的取り込みを選択的に行い、かつ非毒素成分の取り込みを最小限にするために構成される透析物再生用織布;および
当該浄化透析液を放出するための流出路
を含む透析液再生器。 - 毒素成分含有透析液を受け入れるために構成される取込口をさらに含む請求項22に記載の透析液再生器。
- 毒素成分が透析液再生器から放出されるように構成される排出口をさらに含む請求項22に記載の透析液再生器。
- 透析液再生用織布が、イオン選択的な活性化繊維を含む請求項22に記載の透析液再生器。
- 透析液再生用織布が、ウレアーゼが固定されたイオン選択的繊維を含む請求項25に記載の透析液再生器。
- 透析液再生用織布が、繊維を酸化し、少なくとも一つの脂質鎖を付着し、および、少なくとも一つのまたはそれ以上の酵素を共有結合により付着して合成された、ウレアーゼが固定されたイオン選択的繊維を含む請求項22に記載の透析液再生器。
- 透析液再生用織布が、ウレアーゼが固定されたイオン選択的な活性化繊維を含み、
ウレアーゼが固定されたイオン選択的な活性化繊維は、
帯電したイオンを保持するために構成される孔を有する繊維;
繊維に付着し、繊維の孔隙から実質的に離れながら拡張するように形成される脂質鎖を実質的に含む疎水性のイオン選択的バリア;および、
イオン選択的バリアの内部に実質的に配置されるウレアーゼ
を含む、請求項22に記載の透析液再生器。 - 帯電したイオンが、アンモニウムイオンを含む請求項28に記載の透析液再生器。
- 透析液再生用織布が、さらに、必須カチオンの取り込みを最小限とするように構成される、請求項22に記載の透析液再生器。
- 必須カチオンが、カルシウムイオン(Ca2+)、マグネシウムイオン(Mg2+)、カリウムイオン(K+)またはナトリウムイオン(Na+)を含む請求項30に記載の透析液再生器。
- 透析システムにおいて使用されるように構成され、さらに、多量の使用済透析液からの毒素成分の実質的な取り込むを行うことにより多量の浄化透析液を再生するように構成される、請求項22に記載の透析液再生器。
- 毒素捕捉手段の製造方法であって、当該方法が、
繊維を酸化し;および、
活性化炭素繊維から離れながら拡張するような脂肪酸を付着させてイオン選択的バリアを生成することを含む製造方法。 - さらに、活性化炭素繊維に結合したイオン交換樹脂を供給する請求項33に記載の方法。
- 請求項33に記載の方法に従って製造された再生カートリッジ。
- さらに、活性化炭素繊維上にウレアーゼを固定する請求項33に記載の方法。
- 血液から老廃物を除去するシステムであって、当該システムが、
透析液相、血液相、および、当該透析物相と当該血液相との間に実質的に位置する半透過性膜を含む透析器;および、
透析液再生用織布をさらに含む透析液再生器
を含むシステム。 - 透析液再生器が、透析器から供給された使用済透析液を浄化するように構成される請求項37に記載のシステム。
- 透析液再生器が、ウレアーゼが固定されたイオン選択的活性化繊維を含む請求項37に記載のシステム。
- 携帯可能である請求項37に記載のシステム。
- 透析液貯留槽をさらに含む請求項37に記載のシステム。
- 透析液が、透析液相および透析液再生器を含む閉鎖系回路を再循環する請求項41に記載のシステム。
- ウレアーゼが固定されたイオン選択的活性化繊維が、尿毒症毒素を除去するために構成される請求項39に記載のシステム。
- 血液透析処置のために用いられる請求項38に記載のシステム。
