Abstract
Description
・圧縮に適合された表面は、前記円筒の外表面の少なくとも一部を有し、そこには少なくとも1つの溝が形成されている。
・溝は、円筒の2つの端部の間に、その部材の長手軸にほぼ平行な方向に延びる。
・溝は、ほぼ平底状のV字形状に構成された断面を有する。
・円筒の周囲は付与領域の直径よりも認知可能なほど大きい。
・円筒の外表面の粗さは、付与領域の表面の粗さよりも小さく、円筒の外表面の粗さは、粉末の最小粒度に適合される。
・エンクロージャ及びその中に位置する要素が維持される温度は、室温から約1200℃までである。
・円筒の位置決め、案内、及び駆動は、位置決め及び案内部材によって、並びに装置のエンクロージャの外側に位置するアクチュエータによって行われる。
・エンクロージャの側面に位置するシャッタは、円筒が移動する際に円筒の長手軸が移動する平面に対して異なる方向に可動である。好ましくは、これらのシャッタは三角形状及び平行四辺形形状であり、邪魔板として互いに接触して配置され、エンクロージャに対して断熱を与える一方で、円筒が円筒の位置決め、案内、及び駆動を行うための部材に接続されることを可能にする。

Claims (10)
- 貯蔵手段(8)と、粉末又は粉末混合物供給手段(12)と、前記貯蔵手段から取り出された前記粉末又は粉末混合物を付与するための付与領域(9)と、前記付与領域に付与された粉末又は粉末混合物を圧縮するための手段と、を有し、熱的エンクロージャに入れられた材料にレーザが作用することを可能にするために使用される、粉末(P)又は粉末混合物の少なくとも1つの薄層を配置するための装置であって、
装置は円筒(12)を有し、円筒(12)には、第1に、前記円筒(12)の外表面に形成されて貯蔵手段から粉末又は粉末混合物を取り出して付与領域(9)に供給するように適合された少なくとも1つの溝(15)が設けられており、第2に、前記付与領域に先に付与された粉末(P)又は粉末混合物を圧縮するように適合された表面(12a、16a)が設けられており、前記円筒(12)、前記貯蔵手段(8)、前記付与領域(9)、及び粉末(P)又は粉末混合物は、前記エンクロージャ内に位置し、円筒(12)が前記エンクロージャの外側から案内され及び駆動されることが可能である間高温に維持されるように適合されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 圧縮に適合された前記表面(12a、16a)は、前記円筒(12)の外表面の少なくとも一部(12a、16a)を有し、そこには少なくとも1つの溝(15)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記溝(15)は円筒(12)の2つ端部の間に、前記円筒の長手軸(AA’)にほぼ平行な方向に延びることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記溝(15)は、ほぼ平底状のV字形状に構成された断面を有する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 円筒(12)の周囲は付与領域(9)の直径よりも認知可能なほど大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記円筒(12)の外表面(12a)の粗さは、前記付与領域(9)の表面の粗さよりも小さく、外表面(12a)の前記粗さは、使用される粉末(P)の最小粒度に適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- エンクロージャ及びその中に位置する要素(8、9、12、P)は、室温から約1200℃までの温度に維持されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 円筒(12)の位置決め、案内、及び駆動は、位置決め及び案内装置によって、並びに装置のエンクロージャの外側に位置するアクチュエータによって行われることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- エンクロージャの側面に配置されるシャッタ(20、21)は、円筒(12)が移動する際に円筒の長手軸(AA’)が移動する平面(B)に対して異なる方向に可動であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- シャッタ(20、21)は、三角形状(20)及び平行四辺形状(21)であり、邪魔板を構成して互いに接触する配置であり、エンクロージャに対して断熱を与える一方で、前記円筒が前記円筒(12)の位置決め、案内、及び駆動部材に接続されることを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
