Description
Claims (16)
- 比較的多量の不特定量の液体サンプルから定量された少量のサンプルを分離する方法において、この方法は、
前記定量された量に対応する容量を有する少なくとも1つのキャビティーを第1胴体部の表面に供する工程と、
前記比較的多量のサンプルを前記表面上および前記少なくとも1つのキャビティーに塗付する工程と、
スクレーパー手段が前記キャビティー上を通過するように前記第1胴体部と前記スクレーパー手段とを相対移動させて、前記表面から前記比較的多量のサンプルから一定量を掻き取り、前記キャビティーに前記定量された少量のサンプルを残す工程とを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記スクレーパー手段が前記第1胴体部に対して摺動自在な第2胴体部の縁部であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記比較的多量のサンプルを前記表面に塗付する前にサンプルを受ける面に塗付されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記比較的多量のサンプルが前記サンプルを受ける面と前記表面を接触させることによって前記表面に塗付されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記定量された量のサンプルを希釈するためにこのサンプルを前記キャビティーを通過する希釈液の流れに接触させる工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 互いに摺動自在な第1胴体部(10;27;36;46)と第2胴体部(14;25;40;50;57;70)とを含む比較的多量の不特定量の液体サンプルから定量された少量のサンプルを分離する装置において、
前記第1胴体部(10;27;36;46)がその表面(11;28;37;47)に前記定量された量に対応する容量を有する少なくとも1つのキャビティー(12;30;39;49)を有し、
前記第2胴体部(14;14’;25;40;50;57;70)がこれら胴体部が相対移動する際、前記表面に沿って、かつ、前記キャビティー上を摺動する縁部(15;31;41;52;57’;70’)を有し、
前記表面に前記不特定量のサンプルが堆積した際に前記不特定量のサンプルの内の過剰量が前記相対移動によって前記不特定量のサンプルから分離され、前記キャビティー内に前記定量された量と等しい量のサンプルが残されるように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記縁部が前記胴体部(14)の縁部(15)であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記縁部が前記胴体部(14’)によって支持された密閉手段(57)の縁部(57’)であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記第2胴体部がその前記第1胴体部(10)の前記表面に向いた表面で前記密閉手段(57)を支持することを特徴とする請求項8記載の装置。
- 前記密閉手段が前記2つの胴体部の所定の相対摺動位置において前記キャビティー(12)に対向して位置する開口部を有することを特徴とする請求項9記載の装置。
- 前記開口部と前記縁部(57’)の間に位置する前記密閉手段(57)の一部が前記キャビティー(12)の幅より大きい幅を有することを特徴とする請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記定量された少量のサンプルを希釈するために液体(25)を前記キャビティー(12)内または外に案内するための手段(19、20)を含むことを特徴とする請求項6乃至11いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記手段が前記胴体部(10、14;10、57)の所定の相対摺動位置において前記少なくとも1つのキャビティー(12)に対向して位置する導管を含むことを特徴とする請求項12記載の装置。
- 前記導管が前記キャビティー(12)に案内された第1チャネル(19)と前記キャビティーから案内された第2チャネル(20)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項13記載の装置。
- 前記第1導管(19、21)に接続された液体用の第1容器(23)と、前記第2導管(20、22)に接続された希釈サンプル用の第2容器(24)とをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14記載の装置。
- 血液分析を行うために異なる容量の2つのキャビティー(29、30)を有することを特徴とする請求項6乃至15いずれか1項記載の装置。
