Abstract
Предложены способ и устройство, предназначенные для отделения малого заданного объема от относительно большого неопределенного объема жидкого образца. В поверхности первого компонента (10) выполнено по меньшей мере одно углубление (12), имеющее малый заданный объем. На поверхность и в указанное углубление наносят относительно большой объем образца. Перемещают скоблящую кромку (15) относительно поверхности и углубления, удаляя тем самым с поверхности весь указанный относительно большой объем образца и оставляя в углублении малый заданный объем образца.
