Claims (16)
- 比較的多量の不特定量の液体サンプルから少なくとも1つの少量の特定量を分離するためのサンプル定量器具を充填し、前記器具が互いに相対移動可能な第1の本体(A)と、第2の本体(B)とを含み、前記第1本体がその表面に前記特定量を有する少なくとも1つのキャビティ(5、11;11’)を有し、且つ、前記第2本体が前記これらの本体(A、B)の相対移動によって前記表面に沿って且つ前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(5、11;11’)に亘って摺動可能な密閉掻き取り手段(8)を含み、これによって前記特定量が正確に前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(5、11;11’)に得られる装置において、
第1および第2本体(A、B)のうちの一方が、少量の液体サンプルと接触する少なくとも1つの注入開口部(C)を有すること、
所定の容積のチャネル3が、第1本体と第2本体との間に設けられ、このチャネルが前記少なくとも1つの注入開口部(C)と、少なくとも前記少なくとも1つのキャビティを越えて流体連通していること、
前記チャネルが、前記チャネルおよびこれによって前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(5、11;11’)に毛管力で前記液体サンプルを充填できるような寸法であること、を特徴とする装置。 - 第1および第2本体(A、B)のうちの一方に孔(16;16’)を介してチャネル(3)内に開口する注射器挿入口が設けられ、その内部に液体サンプルをチャネル(3)内に注入するための注射器(17)が挿入できるようになっており、これによって前記チャネル(3)が毛管力と、注入との組み合わせによって充填され、且つ、少なくとも1つのキャビティ(5、11;11’)が毛管力によって充填されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 突出部(1)が前記少なくとも1つの注入開口部(C)と位置合わせされて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- チャネル(3)の長いほうの側部の一方が第1本体に形成されたリム(4)によって境界を定められ、もう一方が第2本体に形成された凹部(6)によって境界を定められていること、
短いほうの側部の一方が注入開口部Cを形成し、もう一方は外気に開放していること、
リム(4)が第2本体(B)と密接に接触していること、
リムの長いほうの側面上のチャネル3の反対側には凹部(7)が配設されて液体サンプルがさらに広がるのを防ぎ、凹部(6)もまた液体サンプルが広がるのを防いでいること、および凹部(6)が密閉・掻き取り手段(8)によって境界を定められていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の装置。 - チャネル(3)の高さが約0.05mmから約1.0mmであることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- チャネル(3)の高さが約0.1mmから約0.3mmであることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- チャネル(3)の高さが0.2mmであることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- チャネル(3)が長方形の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 第1本体(A)に拡大手段(14)が前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(5、11;11’)の前方に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記チャネル(3)の表面が、デキストラン、プロテインまたはそれらの誘導体からなる群から選択された材料でコーティングされることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(5、11;11’)の表面が、デキストラン、プロテインまたはそれらの誘導体からなる群から選択された材料でコーティングされることを特徴とする請求項1から10いずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記チャネル(3)の表面が、血液と、このチャネル(3)および前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(5、11;11’)の表面を形成する材料との間が75度から0度、好ましくは50度から0度の接触角をなす材料で、コーティングされることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(5、11’)が楔形状のキャビティであることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(5、11)が楕円形状のキャビティであることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの長尺のキャビティ(5、11;11’)の主軸が、前記チャネル(3)の長手方向と約20度から60度の角度Vをなすことを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 液体サンプルが血液サンプルであることを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれかに記載の装置。
