Abstract

(a)(i)主要量の少なくとも一種の潤滑粘度の基油と(ii)少量の少なくとも一種の潤滑油添加剤とからなる複数の異なる潤滑油組成物試料を用意する工程、(b)各試料の腐食摩耗安定度を測定して、各試料についての腐食摩耗データとする工程、そして(c)工程(b)の結果を出力する工程。
Claims (35)
- 潤滑油組成物をプログラム制御下で審査する方法であって、下記の工程からなる方法:
(a)(i)主要量の少なくとも一種の潤滑粘度の基油と(ii)少量の少なくとも一種の潤滑油添加剤とからなる複数の異なる潤滑油組成物試料を用意する工程、
(b)各試料の摩耗安定度を測定して、各試料についての摩耗安定度データとする工程、そして
(c)工程(b)の結果を出力する工程。 - 摩耗安定度を測定する工程が、極圧摩耗試験、流体摩耗試験、腐食摩耗試験およびそれらの組合せからなる群より選ばれる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 摩耗安定度を測定する工程が更に、摩耗安定度を測定するための種々の条件をプログラム制御に従って選択的に変更する工程を含み、そして種々の条件が、少なくとも一つの試験の時間、少なくとも一つの試験中に生じる荷重、少なくとも一つの試験中に送出される酸の量およびそれらの組合せからなる群より選ばれる請求項2に記載の方法。
- 極圧、流体及び腐食摩耗試験をプログラム制御に従って同時に行う請求項2に記載の方法。
- 極圧、流体及び腐食摩耗試験をプログラム制御に従って順次行う請求項2に記載の方法。
- 腐食摩耗試験を、プログラム制御に従って極圧及び流体試験のうちの少なくとも一つと同時に行う請求項2に記載の方法。
- さらに、極圧、流体及び腐食摩耗試験の各々の出力した結果を体系化し、それにより複数の潤滑油組成物の各々に関連した出力結果のライブラリを組み立てる工程を含み、そして摩耗試験の各々が、稼働する内燃機関の選択部分又は全体の性能を示すように選択される請求項2に記載の方法。
- さらに、所望の作動条件または法定要求条件から選ばれた基準値を保存し、そして複数の潤滑油組成物の極圧、流体及び腐食摩耗試験のうちの少なくとも一つの出力結果を、プログラム制御に従って保存した基準値と比較する工程を含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- さらに、ライブラリに保存した複数の潤滑油組成物の出力結果の各々に、プログラム制御に従ってその結果と基準値との比較に基づいて「合格/不合格」値を定める工程を含む請求項8に記載の方法。
- さらに、「合格/不合格」値に基づいて一群の潤滑油組成物を選別し、そして選別した潤滑油組成物群の各々の原価分析をして少なくとも一つの最適潤滑油組成物を選別する工程を含む請求項9に記載の方法。
- さらに、ライブラリに保存した極圧、流体及び腐食摩耗安定度試験の各々の出力結果の変化を、プログラム制御に従って複数の条件の変更に基づいて解析する工程を含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 解析工程が、プログラム制御に従って、複数の潤滑油組成物の極圧、流体及び腐食摩耗安定度試験の各々の出力結果に関連した勾配を生成させて、複数の条件の変更に応じた潤滑油組成物の性能のパターンを確定することを含む請求項11に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一種の潤滑油添加剤が、酸化防止剤、耐摩耗性添加剤、清浄剤、さび止め添加剤、曇り除去剤、抗乳化剤、金属不活性化剤、摩擦緩和剤、流動点降下剤、消泡剤、補助溶剤、パッケージ混合剤、腐食防止剤、無灰分散剤、染料、極圧剤およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選ばれる請求項1に記載の方法。
- さらに、プログラム制御に従って、極圧摩耗安定度試験、流体摩耗試験および腐食摩耗試験のうちの少なくとも一つを供するように構成された試験ステーションに、複数の潤滑油組成物を移して、試験する潤滑油組成物の各々の耐摩耗性を決定する工程を含む請求項2に記載の方法。
- さらに、複数の潤滑油組成物の各々を容器それぞれに保管し、そして複数の容器を予め決めた順序で配列する工程を含む請求項14に記載の方法。
- ロボット組立装置が、複数の潤滑油組成物の耐摩耗性を決定するためにプログラム制御に従って、複数の容器を順次取り出して試験ステーションに移す請求項15に記載の方法。
- ロボット組立装置が、複数の潤滑油組成物の耐摩耗性を決定するためにプログラム制御に従って、個々の容器を選択的に取り出して試験ステーションに届ける請求項15に記載の方法。
- さらに、試験ステーションに、極圧、流体及び摩耗安定度試験のうちの少なくとも一つを行うように構成された少なくとも一つの装置を設ける工程を含み、そして装置が、ピンとV形ブロック、四球ブロックおよびそれらの組合せからなる群より選ばれる請求項15に記載の方法。
- 潤滑油組成物をプログラム制御下で審査する方法であって、下記の工程からなる方法:
(a)(i)主要量の少なくとも一種の潤滑粘度の基油と(ii)少量の少なくとも一種の潤滑油添加剤とからなる複数の異なる潤滑油組成物試料を用意する工程、
(b)各試料の極圧摩耗安定度を測定して、各試料についての極圧摩耗データとする工程、そして
(c)工程(b)の結果を出力し、それにより電子ライブラリを組み立てる工程。 - 潤滑油組成物をプログラム制御下で審査する方法であって、下記の工程からなる方法:
(a)(i)主要量の少なくとも一種の潤滑粘度の基油と(ii)少量の少なくとも一種の潤滑油添加剤とからなる複数の異なる潤滑油組成物試料を用意する工程、
(b)各試料の流体摩耗安定度を測定して、各試料についての流体摩耗安定度データとする工程、そして
(c)工程(b)の結果を出力し、それにより電子ライブラリを組み立てる工程。 - 潤滑油組成物をプログラム制御下で審査する方法であって、下記の工程からなる方法:
(a)(i)主要量の少なくとも一種の潤滑粘度の基油と(ii)少量の少なくとも一種の潤滑油添加剤とからなる複数の異なる潤滑油組成物試料を用意する工程、
(b)各試料の腐食摩耗安定度を測定して、各試料についての腐食摩耗安定度データとする工程、そして
(c)工程(b)の結果を出力し、それにより電子ライブラリを組み立てる工程。 - 複数の潤滑油組成物を審査するためのシステムであって、下記の手段を含むシステム:
(a)複数の試験容器であって、各試験容器には異なる潤滑油組成物が含まれ、各潤滑油組成物は(i)主要量の少なくとも一種の潤滑粘度の基油と(ii)少量の少なくとも一種の潤滑油添加剤とからなる、
(b)複数の潤滑油組成物の各々を、潤滑油組成物の各々の摩耗安定度を測定するための試験ステーションに別個に位置させるように構成された移動装置、および
(c)試験ステーションに連結していて、複数の潤滑油組成物の各々の摩耗安定度の測定値を受信して保存するように構成された制御装置。 - 制御装置が、複数の潤滑油組成物の各々の摩耗安定度の測定値を自動的に受信して保存するソフトウェアを備えている請求項22に記載のシステム。
- 制御装置が、試験ステーションで処理された複数の潤滑油組成物の各々の保存された摩耗安定度の測定値を電子ライブラリに組み立てるソフトウェアを備えている請求項23に記載のシステム。
- 試験ステーションが、複数の潤滑油組成物の各々の摩耗安定度を測定するために少なくとも一つの摩耗安定度試験を行うように構成された少なくとも一つの装置を含んでいる請求項24に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも一つの摩耗安定度試験が、極圧試験、流体試験、腐食試験およびそれらの組合せからなる群より選ばれ、少なくとも一つの装置が、ソフトウェアを有する制御装置に連結していて、ソフトウェアは該装置で、少なくとも一つの摩耗安定度試験に関する複数の条件を選択的に変更することを実行し、そして複数の条件が、少なくとも一つの摩耗安定度試験の時間、少なくとも一つの摩耗安定度試験中に生じる荷重、少なくとも一つの摩耗安定度試験中に送出される酸の量およびそれらの組合せからなる群より選ばれる請求項25に記載のシステム。
- さらに、制御装置に連結していて、複数の潤滑油組成物の極圧、流体及び腐食試験の各々を行うように構成された少なくとも一つの追加装置を含む請求項26に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも一つの追加装置が少なくとも一つの装置と同時に稼働し、そして制御装置が、該装置の各々が極圧、流体及び腐食摩耗安定度試験からなる群より選ばれた試験それぞれを行うように、同時に稼働する装置の各々を制御するべく制御装置で機能するソフトウェアを備えている請求項27に記載のシステム。
- 同時に稼働する装置が各々、同時に稼働する装置のうちの別の一つで行われる試験とは異なった、極圧、流体及び腐食試験のそれぞれを行う請求項28に記載のシステム。
- 同時に稼働する装置のうちの一つが、腐食試験を極圧試験と流体試験のうちの一つと同時に行うように構成されている請求項29に記載のシステム。
- 制御装置が、複数の潤滑油組成物のそれぞれの極圧、流体及び腐食試験の各々の結果の変化の割合を解析して多群の組成物を選別するべく制御装置で機能するソフトウェアを有し、そして多群の各々には、極圧、流体及び腐食試験のうちの特定の一つに良く適した潤滑油組成物が含まれる請求項26に記載のシステム。
- 制御装置が更に、選別した多群のそれぞれに含まれる潤滑油組成物の各々の原価と、選別した群の潤滑油組成物の各々の摩耗安定度結果それぞれとのバランスをとることにより、選別した多群の各々を最適化するべく制御装置で機能するソフトウェアを有する請求項31に記載のシステム。
- 複数の潤滑油組成物各々が試験容器それぞれに含まれている請求項22に記載のシステム。
- 移動装置が、試験容器の各々をしっかりと掴んで試験ステーションに届けるように構成されたロボットアームを含んでいる請求項33に記載のシステム。
- 各試験受け器の外側表面にバーコードが付けられている請求項33に記載のシステム。
