- 予備成形物(10)、特にプラスチック容器の予備成形物を加熱する、炉(22)であって、
2つの壁(40、42)の相互に平行な縦方向に垂直な内側面(36、38)により横方向の境界を有する、縦方向の加熱トンネル(24)を備え、
一方の加熱壁(40)は、加熱システム(46)を装備し、
他方の通気壁(42)は、通気開口(50)を有し、ブロワ(52)により送られる空気を、この開口(50)を通して、前記加熱トンネル(24)の外側の上流側から前記加熱トンネル(24)の内側の下流側に横方向に通過させる、炉(22)であり、
前記炉において、前記予備成形物(10)の第1部分(12、14)が前記加熱トンネル(24)内で加熱され、
前記予備成形物(10)の第2部分(16)が、加熱トンネル(24)の前記壁(36、38)の縦方向の縁部の間に形成される縦方向の開口(41)を通過して、加熱トンネル(24)の外側に保持され、
前記ブロワ(52)は、前記通気壁(42)および予備成形物(10)の前記第2部分(16)のそれぞれに対して横方向に空気を送出することにより、予備成形物(10)のこの第2部分(16)の構成材料を材料の軟化点より低い温度に維持する、2つの独立したファン(54a、54b)を備え、
前記ブロワ(52)は、それぞれがファン(54a、54b)に隣接し対応付けられた、2つの独立した空気送出管(60a、60b)を含むことを特徴とする、炉(22)。 - 前記送出管(60a、60b)は、分割隔壁(68)を有する共通ボックス(66)の上側および下側区画により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の炉(22)。
- 前記ブロワ(52)は、前記ファン(54a、54b)にそれぞれ対応付けられた2つの独立した空気吸入管(58a、58b)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の炉(22)。
- 前記ブロワ(52)は、対応付けられた前記ファン(54a、54b)をそれぞれ駆動する、2つの同軸の垂直シャフト(64a、64b)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の炉(22)。
- 前記通気壁(42)に関連付けられた前記ファン(54a)により吐出される空気流れの速度は、制御装置により制御されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の炉(22)。
- 前記ファン(54a、54b)は、2つの独立した制御ユニットにより制御されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の炉(22)。
