Claims (11)
- プリフォーム(10)を加熱するためのモジュール(22)であって、2つの壁(40、42)の相互に平行な縦方向の垂直な内面(36、38)により横方向が規定されている縦方向の加熱用トンネル(24)を具備し、これら2つの壁のうち、一方の壁は、加熱を行なう壁(40)であり、加熱システム(46)が備えられ、他方の壁は、通気する壁(42)であり、複数の通気用開口部(50)を有しており、これら開口部は、少なくとも1つの送風装置(52)により送風される空気を横方向に、上流の前記加熱用トンネル(24)の外側から、下流のこの加熱用トンネルの内側へ通過させることを意図されており、また、このモジュールにおいて、前記プリフォーム(10)の本体部(12、14)が、前記加熱用トンネル(24)の中で加熱され、一方、このプリフォーム(10)のネック(16)が、この加熱用トンネル(24)の2つの壁(36、38)の縦方向の端部の間に設けられている縦方向の開放部(41)を介して、この加熱用トンネル(24)の外側に保持され、また、このモジュールは、前記送風装置(52)が、縦方向のそらせ板(62)を有し、このそらせ板は、前記ネック(16)の構成材料が、その軟化点まで加熱されることを防止するように、横方向に送風される空気の一部を前記プリフォーム(10)のネック(16)に向けて偏向させるタイプであるモジュールにおいて、
前記そらせ板(62)は、上流側の部分(64)がその断面において上流を向いた端部において点を形成し、このそらせ板(62)の厚さが中央部まで下流に向かって増加し、そこから下流側の端部まで次第に減少するように、輪郭が形成されており、それによって、該そらせ板(62)によってそらされた空気流が、ネック(16)に向かう層流になることを特徴とするモジュール(22)。 - 前記そらせ板(62)の上流側の部分(64)は、該そらせ板(62)によってそらされた空気流が、ネック(16)に向かう層流になるような空気力学的な輪郭に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に係るモジュール(22)。
- 前記そらせ板(62)の下流側の部分(66)は、該そらせ板(62)によってそらされた空気流が、ネック(16)に向かう層流になるような空気力学的な輪郭に形成されていることを特徴とする前記全ての請求項のいずれか1に係るモジュール(22)。
- 前記そらせ板(62)は、前記通気する壁(42)の内面(38)の縦方向下方の端部の下で直交して位置し、それにより、このそらせ板(62)の上流側の部分(64)は、外に吹き出す空気流を2つに分割するように、前記送風装置(52)の出口ダクト(60)の中へと横向きに延び、このそらせ板(62)の下流側の部分(66)は、前記プリフォーム(10)の前記ネック(16)まで、前記加熱用トンネル(24)の下方の開放部の下方を横向きに延びていることを特徴とする前記全ての請求項のいずれか1に係るモジュール(22)。
- 前記そらせ板(62)は、前記加熱システム(46)により発生された熱が、前記加熱用トンネル(24)の開放部(41)を介して、このプリフォーム(10)の前記ネック(16)に通ずることを防止する熱シールドであることを特徴とする前記全ての請求項のいずれか1に係るモジュール(22)。
- 前記そらせ板(62)は、空気調節システム(68)を有することを特徴とする前記全ての請求項のいずれか1に係るモジュール(22)。
- 前記そらせ板(62)の下流側の端部(66)は、縦方向の軸を中心として回動して、前記通気する壁(42)に向けて送風される空気流を規制するように取り付けられていることを特徴とする前記全ての請求項のいずれか1に係るモジュール(22)。
- 前記開放部(41)は、前記加熱用トンネル(24)の2つの壁(36、38)の縦方向下方の端部の間に設けられ、また、前記送風装置(52)は、下方の空気出口フラップ(70)を有し、このフラップは、前記そらせ板(62)の下方に位置し、このフラップの上流側の端部(72)は、縦方向の軸(C)を中心として回動して、前記加熱用トンネル(24)の2つの壁(36、38)の縦方向下方の端部の間に設けられている縦方向の前記開放部(41)の下方で、前記プリフォーム(10)のネック(16)に直接空気を案内するように設けられていることを特徴とする前記全ての請求項のいずれか1に係るモジュール(22)。
- 前記開放部(41)は、前記加熱用トンネル(24)の2つの壁(36、38)の縦方向上方の端部の間に設けられ、また、前記送風装置(52)は、上方の空気出口フラップ(70)を有し、このフラップは、前記そらせ板(62)の上方に位置し、このフラップの上流側の端部(72)は、縦方向の軸(C)を中心として回動して、前記加熱用トンネル(24)の2つの壁(36、38)の縦方向上方の端部の間に設けられている縦方向の前記開放部(41)の上方で、前記プリフォーム(10)のネック(16)に直接空気を案内するように取り付けられていることを特徴とする前記全ての請求項のいずれか1に係るモジュール(22)。
- 前記プリフォームは、プラスチック容器用プリフォームであることを特徴とする前記全ての請求項のいずれか1に係るモジュール(22)。
- トンネル(24)を形成するように一列に整列されている請求項1乃至10のいずれか1に係る、複数の加熱用モジュール(22)を有する、プリフォームを加熱するための炉。
