Claims (7)
- 바닥이 있는 원통형상으로 사출성형된 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트수지제의 프리폼(P)을, 병체형상으로 2축연신 블로우성형하기 위하여, 열원(1)에 의해 가열하는 방법으로서,상기 프리폼(P)에 대하여, 이 프리폼(P)에 냉각에어(e)를 내뿜으면서, 상기 열원(1)에 의하여 상기 프리폼(P)의 외면온도(Ta)가 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트수지의 결정화온도보다도 낮은 온도치인 110~120℃로 될 때까지 급속가열하는 제 1 가열처리(a)와,상기 열원(1)에 의한 가열과, 냉각에어(e)에 의한 냉각이 없는 상태에서 상기 프리폼(P)의 외면온도(Ta)와 내면온도(Tb)의 온도차(s)가, 20℃ 이하로 될 때까지 방치하는 온도조절처리(b)와,이 온도조절처리(b)후의 프리폼(P)에 냉각에어(e)를 내뿜으면서, 상기 열원(1)에 의해 상기 프리폼(P)의 외면온도(Ta)가 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트수지의 결정화온도보다도 낮은 온도치인 100~120℃로 될 때까지 가열하는 제 2 가열처리(c)를 순차로 실시하여, 상기 제 2 가열처리(c) 종료시에 있어서의 상기 프리폼(P)의 내면온도를 85~105℃로 설정한 프리폼의 가열방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 가열처리(c)에 있어서의, 프리폼(P)에 대한 열원(1)에 의한 가열을, 복수의 해당 열원(1)사이에 칸막이판(2)을 배치하여, 상기 프리폼 (P)의 축방향을 따른 온도분포를 조정 가능한 프리폼의 가열방법.
- 바닥이 있는 원통형상으로 사출성형된 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트수지제의 프리폼(P)을, 병체형상으로 2축연신 블로우성형하기 위하여, 열원(1)에 의해 가열하는 장치로서,상기 프리폼(P)의 반송로(R)를 둘러싸 배치된 외각체(6)내를, 상기 반송로(R)의 일방향측에 이 반송로(R)를 따라 열원(1)을 배치하고, 상기 반송로(R)의 다른 방향측에 상기 열원(1)과 대향하여 냉각에어(e)가 분출되는 분출구(4)를, 상기 반송로(R)를 따라 형성한 분출구용 패널(3)을 세워 배치한, 제 1 가열처리(a)를 행하는 제 1 존(A) 및 제 2 가열처리(c)를 행하는 제 3 존(C)과, 이 제 1 존(A)과 제 3 존(C)의 사이에 위치하는 온도조절처리(b)를 행하는 제 2 존(B)이 격벽 (7)에 의해 구획형성되고,상기 제 1 존(A)와 제 3 존(C)에서, 상기 분출구용 패널(3)의 분출구(4)의 반송로(R)를 따르는 하류측의 개구가장자리에, 분출되는 냉각에어(e)를 상기 반송로(R)의 경사 상류측으로 인도하는 정류판편(5)을 부착 설치한 프리폼의 가열장치.
- 삭제
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 분출구용 패널(3)의 반송로(R)측 표면을, 열원(1)으로부터의 빛을 반사하는 반사면으로 한 프리폼 가열장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 열원(1)으로서, 근적외선 히터를 사용한 프리폼의 가열장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 열원(1)으로서, 근적외선 히터를 사용한 프리폼의 가열장치.
