Abstract
Description
本発明は、弁装置、特に高圧燃料ポンプの入口弁装置であって、弁室に配置された弁エレメントと、上流側で弁室に接続している流体通路とを有している形式のものに関する。
流れに生ぜしめられた回転(「螺旋運動」または「スピン運動」)は、流れを壁に押圧する遠心力を生ぜしめる。このようにして、流体流が、たとえば方向転換時に相応な負圧領域を形成して壁から離れるようなことは防がれる。これにより転向領域における動圧は減少され、かつ流れ抵抗が低下される。さらに流体通路におけるキャビテーション損傷が避けられる。流体通路の壁への流体流の密着に基づき、流体通路は均一に満たされており、その結果、弁エレメントの開放時間が同じ場合、より大きい流量が達成される。
本発明の特に有利な実施例を、添付した図面に関連して、以下に詳細に説明する。

図1には、内燃機関全体が符号10で示されている。内燃機関は、燃料タンク12を有していて、この燃料タンク12からプレフィードポンプ14が燃料を燃料高圧ポンプ16に圧送する。この高圧燃料ポンプ16は、燃料を極めて高い圧力に圧縮し、かつ燃料集合管路18(「レール」)に圧送し、この燃料集合管18内に燃料は高圧下で蓄えられている。この燃料集合管路18に複数のインジェクタ20が接続されていて、これらのインジェクタ20は、燃料を、インジェクタ20に対応配置されている燃焼室内に直接に噴射する。
Claims (9)
- 弁装置(47)、特に高圧燃料ポンプ(16)の入口弁装置であって、弁室(42)内に配置された弁エレメント(46)と、上流側で弁室(42)に接続している流体通路(30)とを有している形式のものにおいて、該流体通路(30)が、弁室(42)に流れ込む流体流に、流体通路(30)の長手方向軸線(38,40)を中心とした回転(螺旋運動)を生ぜしめるように、形成されていることを特徴とする弁装置、特に高圧燃料ポンプの入口弁。
- 流体通路が、第1の通路区分(34)と、該通路区分(34)に接続している第2の通路区分(36)とを有していて、この場合、通路区分(34,36)の長手方向軸線(38,40)は互いに180°より小さい角度を成していて、さらに第1の通路区分(34)の長手方向軸線(38)は、第2の通路区分(36)の長手方向軸線(40)に対して側方にずらされている(V)、請求項1記載の弁装置。
- 両方の通路区分(34,36)の長手方向軸線(38,40)が、少なくとも互いにほぼ直角を成している、請求項2記載の弁装置。
- 弁装置(47)が、弁エレメントとして弁球(46)または円錐エレメントを有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 両方の通路区分(34,36)が、断面図で見て少なくともほぼ同じ半径を有していて、かつ長手方向軸線(38,40)の側方のずれ(V)が、該半径よりも大きくなっている、請求項2から4のいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 第1の通路区分(34)と第2の通路区分(36)との間の移行領域が、電気化学的な材料除去によって加工成形されている、請求項2から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 移行領域が、第1の通路区分(34)から第2の通路区分(36)にかけて湾曲された壁(41)を有している、請求項6記載の弁装置。
- 第1の通路区分(34)が、軸線方向で見て第2の通路区分(36)を越えていないか、または著しく越えていない、請求項2から7までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 第1の通路区分(34)の長手方向軸線と第2の通路区分(36)の長手方向軸線とが、90°より大きい角度を成している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
