Claims (5)
- 互いに反対の極性を有する第1および第2の出力を備えた差動エンコーダと、
前記差動エンコーダの第1の出力に接続された第1のRZコンバータと前記差動エンコーダの第2の出力に接続された第2のRZコンバータと、さらに
変調されていないコヒーレント光源が結合される2重電極マッハ・ツェンダー変調器と、を備え、
前記第1のRZコンバータの出力はマッハ・ツェンダー変調器の第1の電極に接続され、さらに前記第2のRZコンバータの出力はマッハ・ツェンダー変調器の第2の電極に接続されている、光送信機。 - 請求項1に記載の送信機において、さらに、前記RZコンバータから出力されたRZ信号を反転されたRZ信号に変換するための、反転RZドライバを含む、光送信機。
- 請求項1または2に記載の送信機において、前記RZコンバータ出力の1個は、RZコンバータへのクロック信号入力の位相を調整することによって遅延されうる、光送信機。
- データを差動位相変位変調されたRZ光信号としてエンコードする方法において、
反対の極性を有する2個のデータストリームを形成するために、前記データを差動的にエンコードし、
それぞれのデータストリームをRZ信号フォーマットに変換し、さらに
変調されていないコヒーレント光源が接続される2重電極マッハ・ツェンダー変調器の第1の電極を前記データストリームのうちの第1のデータストリームによって駆動し、さらに前記2重電極マッハ・ツェンダー変調器の第2の電極を前記データストリームのうちの第2のデータストリームによって駆動する、各ステップを含む、データのエンコード方法。 - 請求項4に記載の方法において、前記RZデータストリームは反転されたRZデータストリームである、データのエンコード方法。
