Description
たとえばドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第19605890号明細書(Pro.19.02.96)に基づき公知のパレットコンテナ(=この種の液体容器)の充填時および排出時、搬送運動による液状の充填物の揺動時および、たとえば混合目的のためのこのようなプラスチック容器内の液体の撹拌時には、液体摩擦によって容器表面に生ぜしめられる電荷が、内側容器の、当該刊行物では以下のように呼ばれる永久帯電防止性のもしくは電気的に放出可能な外側コーティング層と、金属製の下側フレーム(鋼パレット)とを介して地面に放出される。
前述した着色された全てのプラスチック容器は、容器壁に設けられた一貫した覗き条片を有している。この覗き条片は内側層の無着色のプラスチック材料から成っている。この場合、このようなプラスチック容器を製作することには、方法技術的に極めて手間がかかり、少なくとも1つの別の押出し器が必要となる。

Claims (13)
- 液状の充填物を貯蔵しかつ搬送するための、特に可燃性のまたは爆発危険性の充填物のための、熱可塑性のプラスチックから成る多層状の容器を製作するための方法であって、この場合、容器が、永久的に静電的に帯電不能なもしくは電気的に放出可能な外側層を備えている形式のものにおいて、
外側層の、永久的に静電的に帯電不能なもしくは静電的に放出性の特性を、制限された量での外側層のプラスチック材料内へのポリマベースの特別なコンパウンドの添加および混入によって生ぜしめ、外側層の層厚さを薄く形成し、これによって、配合された外側層の透明性もしくは半透明性を全く損なわないようにするかまたは僅かしか損なわないようにし、これによって、容器内に注入された液体の充填レベル高さを難なく視覚的に認識可能なままにすることを特徴とする、液状の充填物を貯蔵しかつ搬送するための、熱可塑性のプラスチックから成る多層状の容器を製作するための方法。 - 外側層のプラスチック材料の僅かな着色を生ぜしめる制限された量の着色顔料を外側層のプラスチック材料内に添加しかつ混入し、これによって、薄い外側層の面状の配分と、該外側層の層厚さ配分とを視覚的に可視にしかつ判断できるようにするものの、この場合、配合されかつ弱く染色された外側層の半透明性を僅かしか損なわないようにし、これによって、容器内に注入された液体の充填レベル高さを視覚的に一層良好に認識可能なままにする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 外側層のプラスチック材料の、通常条件下でほとんど認識不能な着色を生ぜしめる制限された量の光学的な増白剤を外側層のプラスチック材料内に添加しかつ混入するものの、この場合、特殊な照明下で、たとえば黒色光での照射によって、薄い外側層の面状の配分と、該外側層の層厚さ配分とを視覚的に可視にしかつ判断できるようにする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 多層状の容器の薄い外側層のためのプラスチック材料として、良好に伸張可能な易流動性の熱可塑性の材料(ポリマ)、たとえばLLDPE材料(直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン)またはLDPE材料(低密度ポリエチレン)を使用し、中間の層または/および内側の層のためのプラスチック材料として、耐冷衝撃性の高分子のHDPE材料(高密度ポリエチレン)を使用する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- プラスチック容器の外側層を、プラスチック容器の肉厚の約0.25%〜5%、有利には約2.0%に調整する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 約1000リットルの収容能力を備えた1つのパレットコンテナの大容積のプラスチック内側容器における外側層を、約0.05mm〜0.2mm、有利には約0.1mmの層厚さに約2mm〜2.5mmの中間の肉厚で調整する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 液状の充填物を貯蔵しかつ搬送するための、特に可燃性のまたは爆発危険性の充填物のための、熱可塑性のプラスチックから成る容器であって、容器上側部分にもしくは容器カバーに配置されたガス密にかつ液密に閉鎖可能な少なくとも1つの注入開口または/および排出開口が設けられており、当該容器が、永久的に静電的に帯電不能なもしくは静電的に放出性の外側層を備えている形式のものにおいて、
外側層の、永久的に静電的に帯電不能なもしくは静電的に放出性の特性が、制限された量での外側層のプラスチック材料内への特別なコンパウンドの添加および混入によって生ぜしめられており、外側層の層厚さが薄く形成されており、これによって、配合された外側層の透明性もしくは半透明性が全く損なわれていないかまたは僅かしか損なわれておらず、これによって、当該容器内に注入された液体の充填レベル高さが、難なく視覚的に認識可能なままであることを特徴とする、液状の充填物を貯蔵しかつ搬送するための、熱可塑性のプラスチックから成る容器。 - 帯電防止性の外側層のプラスチック材料内に、該外側層のプラスチック材料の僅かな着色を生ぜしめる制限された量の着色顔料が混入されており、これによって、薄い外側層の面状の配分と、該外側層の層厚さ配分とが、視覚的に可視にされていて、判断されるようになっている、請求項7記載の容器。
- 帯電防止性の外側層のプラスチック材料内に、該外側層のプラスチック材料の、通常条件下でほとんど認識不能な着色を生ぜしめる制限された量の光学的な増白剤が混入されているものの、特殊な照明下で、たとえば黒色光下で、肉薄の外側層の面状の配分と、該外側層の層厚さ配分が、視覚的に可視にされていて、判断されるようになっている、請求項7記載の容器。
- 帯電防止性の外側層が、プラスチック容器の肉厚の約0.25%〜5%、有利には約2%の層厚さに調整されている、請求項7から9までのいずれか1項記載の容器。
- 約1000リットルの収容能力を備えた1つのパレットコンテナの大容積のプラスチック内側容器における外側層が、0.05mm〜0.2mmの間の層厚さ、有利には約0.1mmの層厚さに調整されている、請求項7から9までのいずれか1項記載の容器。
- 多層状の当該容器の薄い外側層のプラスチック材料が、良好に伸張可能な易流動性の熱可塑性の材料(ポリマ)、たとえばLLDPE材料(直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン)またはLDPE材料(低密度ポリエチレン)から成っており、中間の層および内側の層のためのプラスチック材料が、耐冷衝撃性の高分子のHDPE材料(高密度ポリエチレン)から成っている、請求項7から11までのいずれか1項記載の容器。
- 上側部分に設けられた注入管片と、下側の側方の流出管片とを備えた、1つのパレットコンテナ(10)の肉薄の直方体状の内側容器(12)としての構成体が、永久的に帯電防止性のもしくは電気的に放出性のプラスチックから成る取出し付属品(18)に固定されている、請求項7から12までのいずれか1項記載の容器。
