Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る合成樹脂製マーブル床材及びその製造方法は、合成樹脂コンパウンドに多色のスポットカラーチップを混練してから1次圧延してシートを作り、1次圧延されたシートを回転しつつ積層し低温カレンダリングで2次圧延して波パターンと粗い表面を形成した後、この2次圧延されたシートをツーエンボ(two embo)システムを用いて1次エンボユニットでは1次に長手方向のエンボシングまたは全ての形態のエンボシングを通じて粗い面を整え、2次エンボユニットを通じては面を平滑に処理する加工プロセスにより無定形であり耐久性に優れたマーブル効果を有する。

Claims (6)
- 合成樹脂コンパウンドに多色のスポットカラーチップを混練した後1次圧延してシートを作り、1次圧延されたシート生地を一定サイズに切断し回転しつつ積層した後、2次圧延して無定形マーブル床材を製造することにおいて、
外観差別化のために表面に波パターンを形成させ、前記2次圧延時カレンダロールの温度を60ないし100℃に低く維持する低温カレンダリングにより前記波パターンを形成させ、
低温カレンダリングにより波パターンと共に形成される粗い表面を有する2次圧延されたシートをツーエンボシステムを用いて、1次エンボユニットでは前記粗い表面を埋めながら厚さを一定レベルに維持させた後、2次エンボユニットでは表面を平滑に処理することを特徴とする無定形マーブル床材の製造方法。 - 前記1次圧延されたシートを切断した後回転させる回転設備は真空吸着タイプの回転設備を用い、積層方法は階段状に連続的に積み上げる階段状の連続積層を特徴とする請求項1に記載の無定形マーブル床材の製造方法。
- 前記合成樹脂コンパウンドに低温加工添加剤に置換されたポリグリコールエーテル、脂肪アルコール部分エステルと脂肪酸エステルの混合物のうち1種以上を添加して既存対比加工温度を10ないし20℃低く維持することによって、シート生地を積層させる真空吸着タイプの回転設備の真空吸着作業性を確保することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の無定形マーブル床材の製造方法。
- 前記2次エンボユニットにスチームを投入して熱による表面有光効果と、上下部ロールの速度差による圧延時マーブル延伸効果を付与することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無定形マーブル床材の製造方法。
- 前記1次エンボユニットに用いられるロールは長手方向のエンボシングを含んで全形態のエンボシングが可能なロールであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無定形マーブル床材の製造方法。
- 塩化ビニル樹脂100重量部に対して充填材として炭酸カルシウム500ないし650重量部、充填補助剤として海泡石、滑石、シリカのうち1種以上50ないし200重量部、可塑剤30ないし50重量部、エポキシ3ないし10重量部、Ba-Zn系安定剤2ないし6重量部、低温加工添加剤2ないし10重量部及び顔料を含む合成樹脂コンパウンドに多色のスポットカラーチップを混練した後1次圧延してシートを作り、1次圧延されたシート生地を一定サイズに切って回転しつつ積層した後、2次圧延時カレンダロールの温度を60ないし100℃に低く維持する低温カレンダリングにより床材の表面に波パターンと粗い表面を形成させた後、2次圧延されたシートをツーエンボシステムを用いて、1次エンボユニットでは前記粗い表面を埋めながら厚さを一定水準に保たせた後、2次エンボユニットでは表面を平滑に処理して製造することを特徴とする無定形マーブル床材。
