Abstract
Description

Claims (10)
- 弁組立体において、
第1の表面を画定し、入口及び出口を有するオリフィス部材と;
上記オリフィス部材に対して可動なプランジャと;
上記オリフィス部材と上記プランジャとの間に位置し、当該プランジャの第1の端部に取り付けられた部分を有し、上記入口と上記出口との間の流体流れを阻止するために上記第1の表面に対してシールを行うことのできる第2の表面を画定する第1のガイドバネと;
を有することを特徴とする弁組立体。 - 上記第1のバネがスポット溶接により上記プランジャの上記第1の端部に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁組立体。
- 上記第1のバネがその中に開口を画定し、当該第1のバネが上記開口とは反対側で上記プランジャに溶接されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の弁組立体。
- 上記プランジャの第2の端部に取り付けられた第2のガイドバネを更に有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁組立体。
- 弁本体と;
上記オリフィスと上記流れ本体との間に位置するシール部材と;
を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁組立体。 - 上記シール部材がニッケルワッシャを有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の弁組立体。
- 上記プランジャにより画定された開口内に受け入れられるエラストマー挿入部材を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁組立体。
- 上記弁が常態では閉じていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁組立体。
- 上記弁が常態では開いていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁組立体。
- 上記第2のガイドバネが平坦なバネであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の弁組立体。
