Claims (10)
- 弁の組立体において、
研磨された第1の表面を画定し、入口及び出口を有するオリフィス部材と、
上記オリフィス部材に対して可動なプランジャと、
上記オリフィス部材と上記プランジャとの間に位置し、当該プランジャの第1の端部に取り付けられた部分を有し、上記入口と上記出口との間の流体流れを阻止するために上記研磨された第1の表面に対してシールを行うことのできる研磨された第2の表面を画定する第1のガイドバネとを有し、
上記研磨された第1の表面及び上記研磨された第2の表面が、同一の面内にあり、実質的に平行であることを特徴とする、弁の組立体。 - 上記第1のガイドバネがスポット溶接により上記プランジャの上記第1の端部に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁の組立体。
- 上記第1のガイドバネがその中に開口を画定し、当該第1のガイドバネが上記開口とは反対側で上記プランジャに溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の弁の組立体。
- 上記プランジャの第2の端部に取り付けられた第2のガイドバネを更に有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の弁の組立体。
- 上記第2のガイドバネが平坦なバネであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の弁の組立体。
- 弁本体と、
上記オリフィスと上記流れ本体との間に位置するシール部材とを更に有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の弁の組立体。 - 上記シール部材がニッケルワッシャを有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の弁の組立体。
- 上記プランジャにより画定された開口内に受け入れられるエラストマー挿入部材を更に有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の弁の組立体。
- 上記弁が常態では閉じていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の弁の組立体。
- 上記弁が常態では開いていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の弁の組立体。
