吸気弁径Dintake=シリンダ径Dcylinderの34%〜36%;
排気弁径Dexhaust=シリンダ径Dcylinderの30%〜32%;
弁角度α又はβ=4゜〜7゜;
シリンダ壁からのガス交換弁の弁頭部の距離=1.5mm〜2.0mm;
シリンダヘッド基部面からの最大突出量Uintake及びUexhaust=0.1mm〜0.7mm。
Claims (7)
- シリンダクランクケース内に配置された少なくとも1つのシリンダ、シリンダ内に形成され、ピストンとシリンダを覆うシリンダヘッド(1)とによってその長手方向両端部において範囲が定められる燃焼室を有し、シリンダヘッド長手方向中心軸を通る面(10)に対し2゜〜9゜の範囲の弁角度α及びβにそれぞれ傾けられるようにそれぞれ前記シリンダヘッド(1)内に設置されるシリンダ当り4つのガス交換弁(吸気弁8、9及び排気弁11、12)を前記シリンダヘッド(1)内に配置している空気圧縮内燃機関において、
前記ガス交換弁がそれぞれ、シリンダ径Dcylinderの30%〜40%である弁径Dintake及びDexhaustを有し、前記ガス交換弁の、前記シリンダヘッドの基部に位置する、弁頭部(8a、9a、11a、12a)がまた前記シリンダの範囲を定めるシリンダ壁から一定距離(30、31)にあり、所定幅のウェブ(28、29)がシリンダの隣接ガス交換弁間に追加的に提供され、最後に前記ガス交換弁の全ての弁頭部(8a、9a、11a、12a)の部分が突出量(26、27)だけ前記燃焼室内に突出している空気圧縮内燃機関。 - 前記シリンダ径Dcylinderに対する前記ガス交換弁径Dintake及びDexhaustの比が前記シリンダ径Dcylinderの30%〜36%の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気圧縮内燃機関。
- 前記シリンダ径Dcylinderに対する前記吸気弁径Dintakeの比が、前記シリンダ径Dcylinderの34%〜36%の範囲であり、前記排気弁径Dexhaustは、30%〜32%の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空気圧縮内燃機関。
- 前記シリンダ壁からの前記ガス交換弁(8、9、11、12)の距離が1.5mm〜2.0mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気圧縮内燃機関。
- 前記吸気弁(8、9)間の前記ウェブ(28)が少なくとも5mmの幅を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の空気圧縮内燃機関。
- 前記排気弁(11、12)間の前記ウェブ(29)が少なくとも7mmの幅を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の空気圧縮内燃機関。
- 前記燃焼室内に突出する前記弁頭部(8a、9a、11a、12a)のこれらの部分の突出量(26、27)が0.1mm〜0.7mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気圧縮内燃機関。
