Claims (14)
- 高周波数、特にミリ波帯用の同軸プラグ・ソケットコネクタで、ソケット部(B)とプラグ部(S)を具備し、ばね弾性電気接触要素(11)を具備して半径方向にソケット部(B)の外部導体をプラグ部(S)の外部導体に接続しプラグ部(S)とソケット部(B)間に配置するプラグ・ソケットコネクタにおいて、接触要素(11)は複数のばね弾性部(13)を具備し、それぞれのばね弾性部が半径方向ばね弾性応力を受けてソケット部(B)の外部導体との接触点(16b)とプラグ部(S)の外部導体との接触点(16a)を形成することを特徴とするプラグ・ソケットコネクタ。
- 前記接触点(16a、16b)は、プラグ・ソケットコネクタの長手方向軸に対して垂直に走りプラグ部(S)の端縁部面(25)に近接する面に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラグ・ソケットコネクタ。
- 接触要素(11)は、冠状であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のプラグ・ソケットコネクタ。
- 接触要素(11)は、一方の端縁部で開口する複数の軸方向伸長スロット(14)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のプラグ・ソケットコネクタ。
- ばね弾性部(13)は、それぞれ二つのスロット(14)により形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のプラグ・ソケットコネクタ。
- ばね弾性部(13)は、それぞれ比較的小さな角度で長手方向軸の周りを回転するタブであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のプラグ・ソケットコネクタ。
- いずれの場合にもタブ(13)の二つの外部隅部(16a、16b)は、互いに距離を置いて配置されて接触点を形成し、プラグ部(S)のハウジング部(10)との接触点(16a)とソケット部(B)のハウジング部(9)との他の接触点(16b)を形成することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のプラグ・ソケットコネクタ。
- 接触要素(11)は、6個以上、好適には8個から12個、特に10個のばね弾性部(13)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のプラグ・ソケットコネクタ。
- 接触要素(11)は、一方の端縁部で円周方向支持リング(12)を具備し、ばね弾性部(13)は前記支持リング(12)上で一体的に形成され、前記支持リング(12)はソケット部(B)の溝(18)に係合することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のプラグ・ソケットコネクタ。
- ばね弾性部(13)は最大でもおよそ1.7mmの長さで、好適には1.1mmの長さを具備することを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載のプラグ・ソケットコネクタ。
- スナップアクション要素(19)は、プラグ部(S)又はソケット部(B)に取り付けられ、プラグ部(S)の挿入方向から見た時に接触要素(11)の前方に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載のプラグ・ソケットコネクタ。
- ばね弾性部(13)は、支持リング(12)からおよそプラグ部(S)の端縁部面(25)までプラグ部(S)の挿入方向の軸方向に延在することを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載のプラグ・ソケットコネクタ。
- ソケット部(B)且つ/又はプラグ部(S)は、閉鎖溝なしハウジング部(9、10)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載のプラグ・ソケットコネクタ。
- プラグ・ソケットコネクタはMMCXコネクタに連結することができることを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載のプラグ・ソケットコネクタ。
