Description

本発明による方法は、十分な転換率を提供する任意の温度において実施することができる。反応は、−5℃と溶媒の還流温度の間の温度で、特に、本明細書に特定した温度で実施するのが好ましい。用語「還流温度」とは、溶媒の沸点、またはそれより僅かに低い温度を含む。
