Claims (10)
- 少なくとも一つの可塑化プラスチック材料管材が導入され得る少なくとも一つの第一形式の成形装置(10)を備え、プラスチック容器に対してブロー成形、充填およびシールの各プロセスを実施する製造装置において、
各第一形式の成形装置(10)は軸線(20)回りにおいて空間的に離間された個々のステーション(22、24、26、28)へと旋回可能であり、且つ、少なくとも一つのステーション(24)は容器をブロー成形する機能を果たすと共に、別のステーション(26)は斯くブロー成形された容器を充填してシールする機能を果たすことを特徴とする製造装置。 - 第一ステーション(22)において各可塑化プラスチック材料の管材は前記第一形式の成形装置(10)へと導入可能であり、
該管材は旋回方向において追随する第二ステーション(24)において容器を製造するためにブロー成形が行われ、
ブロー成形された容器は旋回方向において追随する第三ステーション(26)にて無菌状態下で充填され且つシールされ、且つ、
旋回方向において追随する第四ステーション(28)において無菌状態下でブロー成形、充填およびシールされた各容器から成形金型を取り外すプロセスが行われる請求項1に記載の製造装置。 - 前記四つのステーション(22、24、26、28)は前記成形装置(10)の旋回方向において90°の周方向距離で互いから離間され、且つ、
四つの前記第一形式の成形装置(10)が順次に各ステーション(22、24、26、28)へと旋回される請求項2に記載の製造装置。 - 各第一形式の成形装置(10)は鉛直軸線(20)回りに旋回可能であり、且つ、
各ステーション(22、24、26、28)は静止的となるように取付けられる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製造装置。 - 前記第一形式の成形装置(10)に加えて第二形式の成形装置(32)が設けられ、第二形式の成形装置(32)は各プラスチック容器の開放ネックおよびヘッド側において該プラスチック容器を無菌シールする機能を果たし、該成形装置(32)により各容器は無菌状態下で流体が充填され得る請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の製造装置。
- 前記第一形式の成形装置(10)は静止的とされるように取付けられた前記第二形式の成形装置(32)の駆動ユニット(64、66)の下方の位置へと旋回可能であり、且つ、
上記第一および第二の成形装置(10;32)の関連する成形型(10;60)は共通長手軸線を形成する請求項5に記載の製造装置。 - 各成形装置(10;32)は、成形金型を少なくともシールするシール位置(I−I)へと各成形型(40、40a;60)を移動させるリンク制御構成要素(42;64)により、少なくとも一つの成形型(40、40a;60)を移動するために起動せしめられ、且つ、
上記リンク制御構成要素(42;60)は、好適には電気式ステップモータの形態である駆動器(44;66)により作動される請求項5または6に記載の製造装置。 - 各第一形式の成形装置(10)に対する駆動器(44)は、少なくとも前記ステーション(22、28)の一部上に静止的となるように取付けられ、且つ、
該成形装置(10)は連結点において上記駆動器(44)の被動シャフトに連結される請求項7に記載の製造装置。 - 前記第一成形装置(10)に対する駆動シャフト(46)は該装置の旋回軸線(20)に対して垂直に延び、
前記第二形式の成形装置(32)に対する前記別の駆動器(66)の前記別の駆動シャフトは前期旋回軸線(20)と平行に延び、且つ、
上記別の駆動器(66)は静止的となるように上記第二成形装置(32)に取付けられる請求項8に記載の製造装置。 - 前記個々のステーション(22、24、26)間には、前記第一形式の成形装置(10)の自由開口を覆うことで各容器開口が無菌状態下でシールされる前に該容器開口を覆う層流ユニットもしくは無菌バリアが設けられる請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の製造装置。
