Description

Claims (7)
- 水平基台を含むフレームと、
押出機ステーションとブロー・充填ステーションとの間にある直線状の経路で移動するように、前記基台にスライド可能に取り付けられた金型台車と、
前記金型台車と動作可能に関連付けられた金型台車駆動装置と、
前記金型台車内にあり、共に金型キャビティを画定している第1及び第2の対向する半金型を含む、少なくとも1つの金型アセンブリであって、前記第2の半金型は、前記経路に沿って、前記第1の半金型に対して独立して移動可能であるため、前記金型アセンブリを開閉することができ、また前記第1の半金型は前記金型台車に固定されている、少なくとも1つの金型アセンブリと、
前記金型アセンブリを開閉するために、前記金型アセンブリと動作可能に関連付けられた金型駆動装置と、
前記押出機ステーションにあり、前記基台に対して垂直方向に往復移動できるように前記フレームに取り付けられた押出機ダイヘッドと、
前記ブロー・充填ステーションの上方で前記フレームに取り付けられたブロー・充填ヘッドと、
前記押出機ステーション及び前記ブロー・充填ステーションで前記金型アセンブリを位置決めするために、前記金型台車駆動装置と動作可能に関連付けられた制御部と
を備える、ブロー成形装置。 - 隣接してはいるが、前記金型台車内で独立して作動可能な2つの金型アセンブリを有する、請求項1に記載のブロー成形装置。
- 前記押出機ダイヘッドが、前記金型台車の前記経路に沿って設置された押出機バレルと連通している、請求項1に記載のブロー成形装置。
- 前記押出機ダイヘッドが、前記金型台車の前記経路に対して実質的に直角に位置する押出機バレルと連通している、請求項1に記載のブロー成形装置。
- 水平基台を含む支持フレームと、
前記基台にスライド可能に取り付けられ、押出機ステーションとブロー・充填ステーションとの間にある直線状の経路で移動可能な金型台車アセンブリと、
前記金型台車と動作可能に関連付けられた金型台車位置決め駆動部と、
前記金型台車内で隣接する第1及び第2の金型アセンブリであって、前記金型アセンブリはそれぞれ、共に金型キャビティを画定しており、前記経路に沿って前記金型キャビティを開閉するように独立して作動可能である、対向する半金型を含む、第1及び第2の金型アセンブリと、
前記金型キャビティを開閉するために、各金型アセンブリと動作可能に関連付けられた金型駆動装置と、
垂直方向に往復移動できるように、前記押出機ステーションの上方で前記フレームに取り付けられた押出機ダイヘッドと、
前記ブロー・充填ステーションの上方で前記フレームに取り付けられたブロー・充填ヘッドと、
前記押出機ステーション及び前記ブロー・充填ステーションで前記金型アセンブリを位置決めするために、前記金型台車位置決め駆動部と動作可能に関連付けられた制御部と
を備えるブロー成形装置であって、
前記金型アセンブリはそれぞれ、前記金型台車に固定された半金型、及び前記経路に沿って、前記金型台車に固定された半金型に対して独立して移動可能な半金型を含む、ブロー成形装置。 - 前記金型台車位置決め駆動部がサーボ駆動部である、請求項5に記載のブロー成形装置。
- 前記金型台車位置決め駆動部が油圧駆動部である、請求項5に記載のブロー成形装置。
