Abstract

Claims (14)
- ブロー成形方法であって、
略相対する鋳型割分と、他の鋳型割分とを配置する工程と;
該相対する鋳型割分の間にパリソンを配置する工程と;
該相対する鋳型割分と該他の鋳型割分とを前進させる工程とを具備し、
該他の鋳型割分が前進して、該相対する鋳型割分と、別の他の鋳型割分との少なくとも一つに、当接することを特徴とする上記方法。 - 前記鋳型割分を配置する工程が、第一ペアの略相対する鋳型割分を配置する工程と、第二ペアの鋳型割分を該第一ペアの鋳型割分の一方に搭載する工程と、第三ペアの鋳型割分を該第一ペアの鋳型割分の他方に搭載する工程とを具備する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記前進させる工程が、前記第一ペア鋳型割分を第一軸に沿って互いに向けて前進させること、前記第二ペア鋳型割分を第二軸に沿って互いに向けて前進させること、前記第三ペア鋳型割分を第三軸に沿って互いに向けて前進させることとを含み、該第二軸及び該第三軸は該第一軸に対して略横方向である請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記前進させる工程が、前記第二・第三ペア鋳型割分の各々が当接するまで前進させ、その後、前記第一ペア鋳型割分を互いに向けて前進させることを含む請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記パリソンの内部に加圧ガスを注入して、前記パリソンを膨張させ前記鋳型割分に当接させて、ブロー成形品を形成する工程を更に具備し、
前記パリソンは、該成形品の狭い部分は伸張率が約1であり、より広いフランンジ部分では伸張率が約2である請求項1記載の方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法を使用して製造された物品。
- ブロー鋳型内でパリソンから物品をブロー成形する方法であって、
第一ペア鋳型割分と、第二ペア鋳型割分と、第三ペア鋳型割分とを配置する工程を具備し、
該第三ペア鋳型割分は該第二ペア鋳型割分に略相対しており、
該第一ペア鋳型割分の間に該パリソンを配置する工程を具備し、
前記第二ペア鋳型割分を前進させ、該第三ペア鋳型割分に当接させて該ブロー鋳型を閉じる工程を具備したことを特徴とする上記方法。 - 前記方法が、前記第一ペア鋳型割分を第一軸に沿って互いに向けて前進させる工程を具備した請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、前記第二ペア鋳型割分を第二軸に沿って互いに向けて前進させ、前記第三ペア鋳型割分を第三軸に沿って互いに向けて前進させる工程を具備し、該第二軸及び該第三軸は前記第一軸に対して略横方向である請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記第二ペア鋳型割分は、前記第一軸に略沿って前進して、前記第三ペア鋳型割分に当接する請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記パリソンの内部に加圧ガスを注入して、前記パリソンを膨張させて前記鋳型割分に当接させて、ブロー成形品を形成する工程を具備し、
前記パリソンは、該成形品の狭い部分は伸張率が約1であり、より広いフランンジ部分では伸張率が約2である請求項7記載の方法。 - 請求項7記載の方法を使用して製造された物品。
- ブロー成形方法であって、
該方法は、3個以上の鋳型割分の間にパリソンを配置する工程と、
該鋳型割分を二つ以上の軸に沿って前進させて、該パリソンの外側で該鋳型割分を閉じる工程と、
を具備した上記方法。 - 請求項13記載の方法を使用して製造された物品。
