Abstract
【解決手段】有機物を可溶化槽3で可溶化し、可溶化有機物を固液分離装置4で固液分離し、有機物分離液をメタン発酵槽5でメタン発酵しバイオガスを得、メタン発酵槽5の消化汚泥を排水処理装置12に導入する一方で、消化汚泥の一部を、可溶化槽3でのpH低下を緩衝し且つ可溶化に必要な菌を添加すべくラインL4を介して可溶化槽3に供給する。排水処理装置12では、メタン発酵槽5の消化汚泥を導入し活性汚泥処理及び凝集分離処理の少なくとも一方の処理を行い、活性汚泥処理による余剰汚泥(好気性汚泥)及び凝集分離処理による凝集汚泥(酸性側の汚泥)の少なくとも一方をラインL5を介して可溶化槽3に供給する。この汚泥供給により、メタン発酵槽5からの消化汚泥の一部による可溶化槽3でのバイオガスの発生を抑止し、メタン発酵槽5でのバイオガス回収率を向上する。

Claims (4)
- 有機物を可溶化する可溶化槽と、
この可溶化槽で可溶化された可溶化有機物を固液分離する固液分離装置と、
この固液分離装置で固液分離された有機物分離液をメタン発酵するメタン発酵槽と、
前記メタン発酵槽からの消化汚泥を導入し活性汚泥処理又は凝集分離処理又はこれらを組み合わせた処理の何れかの処理を行う排水処理装置と、
前記メタン発酵槽からの消化汚泥の一部を前記可溶化槽に供給するための供給ラインと、
前記排水処理装置の前記処理で生じた汚泥を前記可溶化槽に供給するための汚泥供給ラインと、を具備したメタン発酵システム。 - 前記メタン発酵槽からの前記消化汚泥を濃縮汚泥と濃縮分離液とに分離する汚泥濃縮装置と、
前記汚泥濃縮装置の前記濃縮汚泥を前記メタン発酵槽に供給するための濃縮汚泥供給ラインと、を具備し、
前記排水処理装置は、前記メタン発酵槽からの前記消化汚泥に代えて、前記汚泥濃縮装置の前記濃縮分離液を導入し前記何れかの処理を行い、
前記供給ラインは、前記メタン発酵槽からの前記消化汚泥の一部に代えて、前記汚泥濃縮装置の前記濃縮分離液の一部を前記可溶化槽に供給することを特徴とする請求項1記載のメタン発酵システム。 - 前記汚泥濃縮装置の前記濃縮分離液を導入して脱水し脱水消化汚泥と脱水分離液とに分離する脱水機を備え、
前記排水処理装置は、前記汚泥濃縮装置の前記濃縮分離液に代えて、前記脱水機からの前記脱水分離液を導入し前記何れかの処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項2記載のメタン発酵システム。 - 前記固液分離装置は、前記可溶化槽の前記可溶化有機物の排出口の直下に配置され、当該排出口からの前記可溶化有機物を固液分離することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のメタン発酵システム。
