Abstract
【解決手段】内視鏡は、体腔内に挿入可能であって、鉗子チャンネル23を設けた挿入部を有しており、該挿入部には、内視鏡先端部18が設けられ、先端部18には、通常倍率観察用撮像ユニット27が内蔵されており、鉗子チャンネル23には、先端部35に高倍率観察用撮像ユニット39とライドガイド43とマーカ供給管路44が配された高倍率観察プローブが挿通されている。観察17の関心部位17aに対して高倍率観察、および、マーキングを行う場合、先端部35を内視鏡先端部18より所定距離突出させて関心部位17aの表面に先端部35を当接させる。該当接状態で撮像ユニット39による高倍率観察、さらに、マーカ供給管路44の吐出口からマーカを吐出させ、関心部位17aの近傍にマーキングを行う。

Claims (8)
- 体腔内に挿入可能な挿入部と、
前記挿入部の先端部に設けられ、被写体に接触可能な当接部と、
前記当接部に設けられた観察手段と、
前記当接部に設けられ、接触された被写体に対してマーカを付与するマーキング手段と、
を具備することを特徴とする内視鏡。 - 前記観察手段を構成する対物レンズが前記当接部に設けられ、前記マーキング手段は、前記対物レンズに隣接して設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記マーキング手段は、前記対物レンズの周囲にリング状に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の内視鏡。
- 前記マーキング手段は、色素を含む流体、または、固体、または、ゲル状のマーカを吐出、または、転写して前記被写体に付与することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 上記マーキング手段は、加熱により観察部位を変色させることによってマーキングを行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の内視鏡。
- 上記マーキング手段は、針の出し入れにより観察部位に痕跡を与えることによってマーキングを行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の内視鏡。
- 前記先端部には、観察手段として、第一の観察手段と第二の観察手段とが設けられ、少なくとも一方の前記観察手段に前記マーキング手段が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 体腔内に挿入可能な挿入部と、前記挿入部の先端部に設けられる観察手段およびマーカを付与するマーキング手段と、被写体に接触可能な当接部とを具備する内視鏡による内視鏡検査方法であって、
前記観察手段によって前記当接部を体壁に当接させて該体壁の観察を行う工程と、
前記当接に伴って、前記マーキング手段によって前記観察部位もしくはその近傍にマーキングを行う工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする内視鏡検査方法。
