Abstract
【解決手段】プラグ本体にソケットに嵌合される突出連結部を設けるとともに、バルブシートを設け、このバルブシートへ付勢されてシール可能なバルブヘッドを備えるバルブ本体をプラグ本体および突出連結部内に設け、突出連結部およびまたはバルブステムの少なくとも一部に折り取り開始部を設け、通常の使用範囲を超えた過剰な力などが加わる場合に、折り取りが起こる位置を予め設定しておき、折損した場合でもバルブシートとバルブヘッドとのシール状態を保持可能にする。 これにより、通常の使用範囲を超えた過剰な力などで、例え折損するようなこと等があってもバルブの機能を確保してシール状態とし、容器などの内容物の漏出を防止して安全に使用できるようにする。

Description
そこで、簡単な操作で確実に安定的に連結操作ができ、連結状態で通常の範囲を超えた過剰な力が加わる場合には、カップラーのプラグが例え破損してもシール状態を確保でき、安全に使用することができるものの開発が望まれている。
図1はこの発明のカップラーのプラグ構造の一実施の形態にかかるソケットとともに示す縦断面図、および折損状態の縦断面図である。
このカップラーのプラグ構造70Aでは、分割構造のバルブに変えたものであり、すでに説明したプラグ構造70での同一部分の説明は省略する。
このカップラーのプラグ構造70Bでは、すでに説明したプラグ構造70にバルブの分割構造とプラグ側の分割構造を加えたるようにしたものである。
これにより、プラグ本体31の中心軸に対し、突出連結部32を略球面状の傾動連結用凹部77aと傾動連結用凸部77bとの球面接触により傾けることができる。

Claims (9)
- 互いに着脱可能に嵌合連結されるソケットとプラグとからなるカップラーのプラグ構造であって、
前記プラグのプラグ本体に前記ソケットに嵌合される突出連結部を設けるとともに、このプラグ本体内にバルブシート部を設け、
このバルブシート部へ付勢されてシール可能なバルブヘッドを備えるバルブを前記プラグ本体および前記突出連結部内に設ける一方、
前記突出連結部の少なくとも一部が折損・離脱された場合でも前記バルブシート部と前記バルブヘッドとのシール状態を保持可能に構成してなることを特徴とするカップラーのプラグ構造。 - 前記プラグ本体の前記ソケットに嵌合される前記突出連結部の基端付け根部分をプラグ側折り取り開始部としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のカップラーのプラグ構造。
- 前記プラグ側折り取り開始部を、前記突出連結部の中間部に形成する全周またはその一部の凹部で構成したことを特徴とする請求項2記載のカップラーのプラグ構造。
- 前記プラグ本体と前記突出連結部とを分割構造としたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のカップラーのプラグ構造。
- 前記分割構造の前記プラグ本体と前記突出連結部とを離脱可能に嵌合連結してなることを特徴とする請求項4記載のカップラーのプラグ構造。
- 前記突出連結部の基端部を傾動可能な略球面状に構成したことを特徴とする請求項4または5記載のカップラーのプラグ構造。
- 前記バルブを、前記バルブヘッドとこのバルブヘッドの外側の少なくともバルブステムとを備える分割構造とし、前記バルブステムとの分割面を傾動可能とする略球面状に構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のカップラーのプラグ構造。
- 前記バルブ側折り取り開始部、前記バルブヘッドと前記バルブステムとの分割面に対し、前記プラグ側折り取り開始部、前記プラグ本体と前記突出連結部との分割面が外側に配置されて折損・離脱時に、前記バルブヘッドの誤操作を防止可能に構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のカップラーのプラグ構造。
- 前記プラグ本体と前記突出連結部との分割面に折損・離脱後の取り出し用把持部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のカップラーのプラグ構造。
