Abstract
【解決手段】(1)プラスチック材料を熱接着する加熱体内部に調節点温度センサが設置され、該調節点温度センサの指示により加熱体温度が定められるヒートシール装置の前記加熱体の熱接着面付近に表面温度センサを設置し、(2)該加熱体温度を目標温度(Ts)に設定して加熱を開始し、(3)調節点温度センサと表面温度センサの示す単位時間当りの温度変化が予め定めた値に達した後の調節点温度センサの示す温度(Tc1)と表面温度センサの示す温度(Tm1)から、TsとTm1との差△T1と、補正係数(Tm1/Tc1)を算出して、さらに、△T1/(Tm1/TC1)を求め、(4)前記加熱体の設定温度をTs+△T1/(Tm1/Tc1)に変更して更に加熱を続け、(3)、(4)の工程を繰返すことを特徴とするヒートシール装置の温度調節方法。

Description
(1)プラスチック材料を熱接着する加熱体内部に調節点温度センサが設置され、該調節点温度センサの指示により加熱体温度が定められるヒートシール装置の前記加熱体の熱接着面付近に表面温度センサを設置し、
(2)該加熱体温度を目標温度(Ts)に設定して加熱を開始し、
(3)調節点温度センサと表面温度センサの示す単位時間当りの温度変化が予め定めた値に達した後の調節点温度センサの示す温度(Tc1)と表面温度センサの示す温度(Tm1)から、TsとTm1との差△T1と、補正係数(Tm1/Tc1)を算出して、さらに、△T1/(Tm1/TC1)を求め、
(4)前記加熱体の設定温度をTs+△T1/(Tm1/Tc1)に変更してさらに加熱を続け、
(5)(3)、(4)の工程を繰返すことを特徴とする

ヒートシール装置に関するものである。
(2)環境の温度条件が変化しても自動修正ができる。
(3)熟練を要する温度設定変更操作が不要になる。
(4)記憶設定値を適用すれば、2回目以降の加熱条件の立ち上げは速やかになる
(5)本発明は同様の加熱体の温度調節に適用できる。

って補正する必要がある。
例えば表面温度が150℃、調節点温度が155℃の場合には、150+273=42
3K、155+273=428Kであり、150/155≒423/428として扱っても1〜2%程度の差なので演算は絶対温度に変換せずに測定データを直接使って計算をすることができる。

めた値に達した後の調節点温度センサの示す温度(Tc1)と表面温度センサの示す温度(Tm1)から、加熱体の目標表面温度(Ts)とTm1との差△T1と補正係数(Tm1/Tc1)を算出して、さらに△T1/(Tm1/Tc1)を求め、加熱体の設定温度をTSからTs+△T1/(Tm1/Tc1)に変更するのである。一般に、この補正係数は1に近いので、加熱体の表面温度調節を特に厳密に行う必要がある場合を除いて、1として取扱うことができる。

上記のヒートシール装置を用い、目標の表面温度を150℃に設定した温度調節経過を図6に示す。
目標の設定温度との差(△T)は2℃であった。
2/0.98≒2.0℃の結果から152℃に自動変更され、変更後≒7分での表面温度は、149.7℃が得られた。

Claims (3)
- (1)プラスチック材料を熱接着する加熱体内部に調節点温度センサが設置され、該調節点温度センサの指示により加熱体温度が定められるヒートシール装置の前記加熱体の熱接着面付近に表面温度センサを設置し、
(2)該加熱体温度を目標温度(Ts)に設定して加熱を開始し、
(3)調節点温度センサと表面温度センサの示す単位時間当りの温度変化が予め定めた値に達した後の調節点温度センサの示す温度(Tc1)と表面温度センサの示す温度(Tm1)から、TsとTm1との差△T1と、補正係数(Tm1/Tc1)を算出して、さらに、△T1/(Tm1/TC1)を求め、
(4)前記加熱体の設定温度をTs+△T1/(Tm1/Tc1)に変更してさらに加熱を続け、
(5)(3)、(4)の工程を繰返すことを特徴とする
