Abstract
【解決手段】モータ4の回転で回転する送りねじ10の回転で上下移動する移動台11に一端が連結され、移動台11の上下移動により揺動する揺動アーム13、14の端部に連結された摺動ロッド23、24に、圧縮コイルバネ25、26介して押圧部材1を支持し、摺動ロッド23、24の頭部23b、24bが押圧部材1に当接するまで押圧部材1の自重から圧縮コイルバネ25、26の反力を差し引いた押圧力を用紙束2に加える。圧縮コイルバネ25、26の反力は伸縮により変化し、ソフトクランプ作業時にはこの変化を検出器28で検出してモータ4を位置制御する。

Claims (1)
- モータの回転で回転する送りねじと、送りねじの回転で上下移動する移動台と、一端が前記移動台に連結され移動台の上下移動により揺動する揺動アームと、前記揺動アームの他端に連結され揺動アームの揺動により上下移動するバネ受けを有するロッドと、一端が前記バネ受けに当接する圧縮コイルバネと、前記ロッドを貫通し前記コイルバネの他端に当接する押圧部材と、前記コイルバネの伸縮長さを検出する検出器と、前記検出器の検出信号と予め設定した前記コイルバネの伸縮長さの設定値と比較し、その偏差分前記モータの回転量を制御する制御手段とを備え、押圧部材によるテーブル上の被押圧物への押圧加重を前記設定で調整してなることを特徴とする押圧装置。
