Abstract
【解決手段】溝突出部の圧痕が低減されているとともに、ベースと、該ベース上の架橋した樹脂から形成されたミクロ構造と、を有し、この樹脂が333°Kを超えるガラス転移温度を呈し、このガラス転移温度は前記樹脂をそのガラス転移温度よりも高い温度に加熱することによって高められていることを特徴とするミクロ構造含有製品。

Description
該製品は溝突出部の耐圧痕性が改良されているとともに、
ベースと、
該ベース上の架橋した樹脂から形成されたミクロ構造と、
を有し、この樹脂が333°Kを超えるガラス転移温度を呈し、このガラス転移温度は前記樹脂をそのガラス転移温度よりも高い温度に加熱することによって高められていることを特徴とする前記ミクロ構造含有製品を提供する。熱処理は、少なくとも樹脂の標準ガラス転移温度に等しい温度で実施するが、樹脂の硬化(高温における硬化)と同時に行ってもよいし、硬化後の処理として行ってもよい。この熱処理は、生成するポリマーのガラス転移温度を約333°Kより高くするのに有効であり、その結果、溝突出部の圧痕が低減する。その他に、架橋剤を添加して、ガラス転移温度の上昇を助長してもよい。
直角柱とは、頂点角θが典型的には90°であるが、70°から120°の範囲、最も好ましくは80°から100°の範囲であってもよいことを意味する。角柱面は同一である必要はなく、角柱が互いに傾いていてもよい。更に、フィルムの厚さ40と角柱の高さ42との関係が決定的な要因になることはないが、はっきりと規定された角柱面を有するより薄いフィルムが望ましい。角柱の高さ42と全厚40との典型的な比は、およそ25/125及び2/125の間である。
第3の方法では、樹脂に架橋剤を添加してポリマーの架橋を更に助長する。これによっても、ガラス転移温度が上昇する結果となる。好適な架橋剤としては、例えば、1,4−ブチレンジ−メタクリレート又は−アクリレート;エチレンジ−メタクリレート又は−アクリレート;トリメチロールプロパンジ−又はトリ−アクリレート;グリセリルジ−アクリレート又は−メタクリレート;グリセリルトリ−アクリレート又は−メタクリレート;グリシジルアクリレート又はメタクリレート;ペンタエリトリトールトリ−若しくはテトラ−アクリレート又はトリ−若しくはテトラ−メタクリレート;ジアリルフタレート;2,2−ビス(4−メタクリルオキシフェニル)−プロパン;ジアリルアジペート;ジ(2−アクリルオキシエチル)エーテル;ジペンタエリトリト−ルペンタアクリレート;ネオペンチルグリコールジアクリレート;ポリプロピレングリコールジアクリレート又はジメタクリレート;1,3,5−トリ−(2−(メタ)アクリルオキシエチル)−s−トリアジン;ヘキサメチレンジアクリレート;米国特許第4,262,072号に教示されているポリ(エチレン性不飽和アルコキシ)ヘテロ環;並びにポリ(イソシアネート)と、ジョージア州SmyrnaにあるUCB−Radcureから販売されているEB220などのヒドロキシ−及びアミノ−官能性アクリレートとの付加物が挙げられる。高屈折率を有するポリマーを生成する架橋剤が好ましい。好ましくは屈折率が1.56を超え、最も好ましくは屈折率が1.58を超える。こうした架橋剤の一つで、特に有用なものはEB220である。
Claims (5)
- ミクロ構造含有製品であって、
該製品は溝突出部の耐圧痕性が改良されているとともに、
ベースと、
該ベース上の、架橋した樹脂から形成されたミクロ構造と、
を有し、この樹脂が333°Kを超えるガラス転移温度を呈し、このガラス転移温度は前記樹脂をそのガラス転移温度よりも高い温度に加熱することによって高められていることを特徴とする前記ミクロ構造含有製品。 - 前記ミクロ構造が隣接する突出部及び溝を有することを特徴とするとともに、前記突出部が70°〜120°の範囲にある夾角を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のミクロ構造含有製品。
- 前記ベースが、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリカーボネート、セルロースアセテートブチレート、セルロースアセテートプロピオネート、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル、ポリ塩化ビニル、ガラス、又はこれらの組合せから形成されることをさらに特徴とする、請求項1に記載のミクロ構造含有製品。
- 前記架橋した樹脂が、エポキシジアクリレート、臭素改質エポキシジアクリレート、イソボルニルアクリレート、メチルメタクリレート、シクロヘキシルクロロアクリレート、2-クロロスチレン、2,4-ジクロロスチレン、スチレン、アクリル酸、アクリルアミド、アクリロニトリル、メタクリロニトリル、フェノキシエチルアクリレート、トリブロモフェノキシエチルアクリレート、ベンジルアクリレート、アルコキシル化エポキシジアクリレート、臭素改質アルコキシル化エポキシジアクリレート、又はこれらの組合せから調製されることをさらに特徴とする、請求項1に記載のミクロ構造含有製品。
- 前記架橋した樹脂が、次の架橋剤、即ち:1,4-ブチレンジ-メタクリレート又は-アクリレート;エチレンジ-メタクリレート又は-アクリレート;トリメチロールプロパンジ-又はトリ-アクリレート;グリセリルジ-アクリレート又は-メタクリレート;グリセリルトリ-アクリレート又は-メタクリレート;グリシジルアクリレート又はメタクリレート;ペンタエリトリトールトリ−若しくはテトラ−アクリレート又はトリ−若しくはテトラ−メタクリレート;ジアリルフタレート;2,2-ビス(4-メタクリルオキシフェニル)-プロパン;ジアリルアジペート;ジ(2-アクリルオキシエチル)エーテル;ジペンタエリトリトールペンタアクリレート;ネオペンチルグリコールジアクリレート;ポリプロピレングリコールジアクリレート又はジメタクリレート;1,3,5-トリ-(2-(メタ)アクリルオキシエチル)-s-トリアジン;ヘキサメチレンジアクリレート;ポリ(エチレン性不飽和アルコキシ)ヘテロ環;ポリ(イソシアネート)とヒドロキシ−及びアミノ−官能性アクリレートとの付加物;又はこれらの組合せの少なくとも一つを含有することをさらに特徴とする、請求項1に記載のミクロ構造含有製品。
