Abstract
【解決手段】仕切板を介して高温流体の通路と低温流体の通路とが隣接した熱交換コアを設け、前記低温流体の通路の上方から液状の低温流体を流下させるとともに、ガス状の高温流体を導入させ、両流体を前記仕切板を介して熱交換させることにより、蒸発気化させる蒸発器であって、前記低温流体の通路内には充填材が充填され、さらに前記仕切板の低温流体側に、低温流体の流れに抗する板状のフィンが配設されていることを特徴とする蒸発器である。前記仕切り板に配設された板状のフィンは、低温流体の流下方向に垂直な面に対して下向きに3〜60°の角度を有していることが望ましい。

Claims (4)
- 仕切板を介して高温流体の通路と低温流体の通路とが隣接した熱交換コアを設け、前記低温流体の通路の上方から液状の低温流体を流下させるとともに、ガス状の高温流体を導入させ、両流体を前記仕切板を介して熱交換させることにより、蒸発気化させる蒸発器であって、
前記低温流体の通路内には充填材が充填され、さらに前記仕切板の低温流体側に、低温流体の流れに抗する板状のフィンが配設されていることを特徴とする蒸発器。 - 前記熱交換コアが、前記低温流体の通路の両側に仕切板を介して前記高温流体の通路を配した構成であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸発器。
- 前記仕切り板に配設された板状のフィンが、低温流体の流下方向に垂直な面に対して下向きに3〜60°の角度を有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の蒸発器。
- 前記低温流体の通路に充填された充填材の形状が球であり、当該充填材の直径が低温流体の通路幅の10〜20%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の蒸発器。
