Abstract
【解決手段】これを具現するための本発明による単一ホールセンサーを利用した球形関節構造の非接触式電子ジョイステックはジョイスティック棒の下端に装着された棒形態の永久磁石が球形関節の連動によって、ホールセンサーの2次元平面上で棒磁石軸方向磁束に対する水平ベクターを形成して、上記ホールセンサーはこれを感知して電動車寄子のような制御対象の方向及び速度を制御することを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- 非接触式電子ジョイステックにおいて、
ジョイスティック棒の下端に装着された棒形態の永久磁石が球形関節の連動によって、ホールセンサーの2次元平面上で棒磁石軸方向磁束に対する水平ベクターを形成して、上記ホールセンサーはこれを感知して電動車寄子のような制御対象の方向及び速度を制御することを特徴とする単一ホールセンサーを利用した球形関節構造の非接触式電子ジョイステック。 - 第1項において、上記非接触式電子ジョイステックは:
磁場方向のx軸成分に対応して90゜の位相差を有する信号を入力する第1バッファーと、x方向のホールセンサー内部基準電圧を入力する第2バッファーと、から構成されたx軸入力バッファー;
磁場方向のy軸成分に対応して90゜の位相差を有する信号を入力する第3バッファーと、y方向のホールセンサー内部基準電圧を入力する第4バッファーと、から構成されたy軸入力バッファー;
制御器回路内部のx方向及びy方向の基準電圧をそれぞれ発生する第5及び第6バッファーで構成された基準電圧バッファー;
上記第1バッファーの出力信号を一側に入力し、上記第2バッファー及び上記第5バッファーの出力信号を他側に入力する第7バッファーと、上記第3バッファーの出力信号を一側に入力し、上記第4バッファー及び上記第6バッファーの出力信号を他側に入力する第8バッファーを具備して、上記制御器回路内部の基準電圧と上記ホールセンサー基準電圧差を差動増幅及び低周波通過フィルタリングする低周波通過フィルター;及び
上記第7バッファー及び上記第8バッファーの出力信号をそれぞれバファリングして出力する第9及び第10バッファーで構成された出力バッファー;を含む上記ホールセンサーの出力に対する信号変換回路を含むことを特徴とする単一ホールセンサーを利用した球形関節構造の非接触式電子ジョイステック。 - 第1項または第2項において、
