【解決手段】第一コンデンサ(102)と、第二コンデンサ(104)と、第一ノード(120)を形成すべく第一端子を持つインダクター(106)と、第二ノード(122)を形成すべく第一コンデンサ(102)の第一端子に連結された第一端子を持ち、第一端子と第二端子とを電気的に連結するように構成された第一スイッチング装置(108)と、第二スイッチング装置(110)とを備え、第三ノード(124)を形成すべく、第二スイッチング装置(110)の第一端子が、第一スイッチング装置(108)の第二端子及びインダクター(106)の第二端子とに連結され、第四ノード(126)を形成すべく、第二スイッチング装置(110)の第二端子が、第二コンデンサ(104)の第二端子に連結された、DC-DCコンバータ。

Claims (9)
- 第一端子及び第二端子を持つ第一コンデンサと、
第一端子及び第二端子を持つ第二コンデンサと、
第一ノードを形成すべく上記第二コンデンサの第一端子と上記第一コンデンサの上記第二端子の両方に連結された第一端子及び、第二端子を持つインダクターと、
第二ノードを形成すべく上記第一コンデンサの第一端子に連結された第一端子及び、第二端子を持ち、第一制御信号に応じて該第一端子と該第二端子とを電気的に連結するように構成された、第一スイッチング装置と、
第一端子及び第二端子を持ち、第二制御信号に応じて該第一端子と該第二端子とを電気的に連結するように構成された、第二スイッチング装置とを備え、
第三ノードを形成すべく、該第二スイッチング装置の第一端子が、上記第一スイッチング装置の第二端子及び上記インダクターの第二端子とに連結され、
第四ノードを形成すべく、上記第二スイッチング装置の第二端子が、上記第二コンデンサの第二端子に連結された、DC-DCコンバータ。 - 請求項1において、
上記第一コンデンサ及び上記第二コンデンサが分極コンデンサであり、上記第一コンデンサ及び上記第二コンデンサの夫々の第一端子が正リードで、上記第一コンデンサ及び上記第二コンデンサの夫々の第二端子が負リードである、DC-DCコンバータ。 - 請求項1又は2において、
上記第一スイッチング装置及び上記第二スイッチング装置がトランジスタである、DC-DCコンバータ。 - 請求項3において、
上記第一スイッチング装置及び上記第二スイッチング装置が絶縁ゲート・バイポーラ・トランジスタである、DC-DCコンバータ。 - 請求項4において、
上記第一スイッチング装置及び上記第二スイッチング装置の夫々が絶縁ゲート・バイポーラ・トランジスタであり、上記各スイッチング装置の第一端子の夫々に連結するコレクタ領域、上記各スイッチング装置の第二端子の夫々に連結するエミッタ領域及び、制御器に連結するゲート領域とを備え、
該制御器が第一制御信号及び第二制御信号の少なくとも一方を生成し、上記ゲート領域が第一制御信号及び第二制御信号の少なくとも一方を受ける、DC-DCコンバータ。 - 請求項1乃至5のうち何れか1項において、
上記第三ノードに連結する正端子と、上記第二ノードに連結する負端子とを持つ第一ダイオード及び、上記第四ノードに連結する正端子と、上記第三ノードに連結する負端子とを持つ第二ダイオードを更に有する、DC-DCコンバータ。 - 請求項1乃至6のうち何れか1項において、
上記第一ノードに連結する正端子と、上記第二ノードに連結する負端子とを更に有する、DC-DCコンバータ。 - 請求項1乃至7のうち何れか1項において、
上記第四ノードに連結する正端子と、上記第一ノードに連結する負端子とを更に有する、DC-DCコンバータ。 - 請求項1乃至8のうち何れか1項において、
上記第二ノードに連結する第一端子と、上記第四ノードに連結する第二端子とを持つ第三コンデンサを更に有する、DC-DCコンバータ。
