Abstract
【解決手段】流量測定装置10は、液体が供給される通路26を有するハウジング12と、前記ハウジング12の両端部に設けられ、音波信号を発信・受信可能な音波送受信部14が内蔵された一組の検出部16a、16bとを備え、前記検出部16a、16bには、ハウジング12の通路26に臨むようにカバー部材40が装着され、前記カバー部材40の端部に前記通路26側に向かって膨出した湾曲面46を有している。

前記検出部は、前記筐体内の前記通路に臨み、該通路側に向かって膨出した湾曲面を有するカバー部材と、
前記カバー部材内に該通路側に向かって配置され、前記音波信号を発信・受信する音波送受信部材と、

前記音波送受信部材が、前記湾曲面を介して前記音波信号を発信・受信することを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 液体が流通する通路を筐体に備え、音波信号を発信・受信可能な一組の検出部が前記通路を挟んで対向配置され、前記音波信号に基づいて前記液体の流量を測定する流量測定装置において、
前記検出部は、前記筐体内の前記通路に臨み、該通路側に向かって膨出した湾曲面を有するカバー部材と、
前記カバー部材内に該通路側に向かって配置され、前記音波信号を発信・受信する音波送受信部材と、
を備え、
前記音波送受信部材が、前記湾曲面を介して前記音波信号を発信・受信することを特徴とする流量測定装置。 - 請求項1記載の流量測定装置において、
前記検出部と筐体との間には、前記音波信号の伝搬を遮断する音波遮断部材が設けられ、前記音波遮断部材を介して前記検出部が前記筐体に保持されることを特徴とする流量測定装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の流量測定装置において、
前記検出部の外径が、該検出部の装着される前記筐体の内径より小さく設定されることを特徴とする流量測定装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の流量測定装置において、
前記検出部は、前記筐体の内部に着脱自在に設けられることを特徴とする流量測定装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の流量測定装置において、
前記筐体は、金属製材料からなることを特徴とする流量測定装置。 - 請求項2記載の流量測定装置において、
前記音波遮断部材は、弾性材料から形成されることを特徴とする流量測定装置。 - 請求項1記載の流量測定装置において、
前記カバー部材の外周面と前記通路の内周面との間には、前記通路に臨んだクリアランスが設けられることを特徴とする流量測定装置。 - 請求項1又は7記載の流量測定装置において、
前記カバー部材は、樹脂製材料から形成されることを特徴とする流量測定装置。
