Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 気泡を含有する液中に浸漬され中心点に対しそ
    れぞれ受発振板が対称的にかつ対向的に配設され
    た発振器及び受波器よりなる複数対の超音波式流
    速センサーを前後、左右、上下及び又は斜め方向
    に配設してなる超音波式流速検出器において、上
    記各流速センサー対をそれぞれ気泡の移動方向に
    対し傾斜して配設するとともに、上記各流速セン
    サーの受発振板をそれぞれ超音波透過性凸レンズ
    状の気泡付着防止部材で被覆したことを特徴とす
    る超音波式流速検出器。
