第３図Ｃ，Ｄはいずれも保持具への超音波送受波
器の固定方法を示した断面図である。

Claims (1)
- 液状体中に超音波を伝播させ、該超音波の伝播
速度と該液状体の温度より演算して該液状体の特
性を算出する超音波測定装置において、超音波送
受波器および温度センサーが固定され直接液状体
に接触する素子固定板、および下部側面に液状体
を流通させるための窓穴を有すると共に底部に超
音波の反射面を有し、上部に前記素子固定板を保
持するセンサー筺体より基本的に構成されており
、該センサー筐体と素子固定板の材質の音響イン
ピーダンスの比が２以上であることを特徴とする
超音波センサー。
