Claims (1)
- 走行される被洗浄金属板の幅方向に延びる洗浄
液充満室が該金属板の少くとも片面の側に配設さ
れ、前記洗浄液充満室の前記金属板に臨む側に開
口が該金属板の実質的に全幅に対応して形成され
、超音波を前記開口に向け発信する振動子が前記
洗浄液充満室内に設けられていることを特徴とす
る金属板用洗浄機。
