Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 合成樹脂より成る保持部材に、接触面であ
    る底面の略中央部から上方に向かつて傾斜する超
    音波伝播孔と、該超音波伝播孔に下部が連通して
    対向し縦断面が先端の萎む楔状の超音波減衰穴と
    を形成し、底部の上部超音波伝播孔の開口部を薄
    い板材で閉塞すると共に、他方の超音波伝播孔の
    開口部に超音波振動子を取付けて、連通する上記
    超音波伝播孔と超音波減衰穴とを密閉して室を形
    成し、該室内には超音波を伝播する液体物質が充
    填されていることを特徴とする局部液浸斜角探触
    子。 (2) 超音波伝播孔の底面の開口部を閉塞する板
    材の厚みが、0.01〜0.3mmの金属板よりな
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の局部液浸
    斜角探触子。
