Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 超音波振動子と、この超音波振動子と超音波伝
播媒質との間の音響インピーダンスの整合をとる
音響整合層とを備え、ケースとこの音響整合層と
の間にシール部材を介在させて、内部電極をシー
ルするようにした超音波送受波器において、 前記音響整合層におけるシール部材設置箇所に
は、くぼみが形成され、このくぼみ内に液状絶縁
材が流入され、この絶縁材を固化させることによ
り、音響整合層のシール面を平滑化したことを特
徴とする超音波送受波器。
