図、第５図は音響整合層の厚みをそれぞれ超音波
の1/2λ、1/4λに設定した際の周波数−送受波感
度の相関関係を示す各グラフ、第６図は超音波送
受波器の一般構成を示す概略図、第７図、第８図
は従来の超音波送受波器の構成を示す各断面図で
ある。 １０……超音波送受波器、１１……超音波振動
子、１２……ダンパ、１３……音響整合層、１３

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 超音波振動子とこの超音波振動子と超音波伝播
媒質との音響インピーダンスの整合をとる音響整
合層とを備え、ケースとその音響整合層との間に
シール部材を介在させ、内部電極をシールするよ
うにした超音波送受波器において、 前記音響整合層周縁部の厚みが超音波振動子か
ら発生する超音波の波長のほぼ1/2になるように
この音響整合層の振動子当接部を凹形状に設定す
るとともに、該音響整合層の周縁部の上下面側を
ケースにより挾着保持するようにしたことを特徴
とする超音波送受波器。
