    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧電体板の表面に組の交差指電極を設け、該圧電体板の
    表面とほぼ垂直方向にバルク波を発生さ・せ、超音波を
    放射させる超音波トランスジューサにおいて、該圧電体
    板の超音波放射面に音響マツチング層を設け、該音響マ
    ツチング層の音響的厚さｔを、該超音波の波長λに対し
    てｔ＝ｎ・λ／４（ただし、ｎは整数）としたことを特
    徴とする超音波トランスジューサ。
