    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 底部下面に超音波発振子を備えるとともに、配
    管およびポンプを介して試料セルおよびドレイン
    部と接続されたドレインジヨイントと、配管を介
    して前記試料セルと接続されたリターンジヨイン
    トとを有するレーザ回折式粒度分布測定装置用試
    料槽において、前記底部を水平な方向に対して１
    ５〜２０°傾けるとともに、前記リターンジヨイ
    ントを、前記ドレインジヨイントよりも上方で、
    しかも、試料槽側壁の下部に設けたことを特徴と
    するレーザ回折式粒度分布測定装置用試料槽。
