Abstract
Moyen de mesure de fluide (10) présentant un boîtier de fluide (12), et procédé de fabrication du boîtier de fluide (12) qui comprend une entrée de fluide (14), une sortie de fluide (16) et un canal de fluide (24) qui s'étend entre l'entrée de fluide (14) et la sortie de fluide (16) et qui est couplé de manière fluidique à l'entrée de fluide (14) et à la sortie de fluide (16), le boîtier de fluide (12) présentant un côté tourné vers le canal de fluide (24), auquel est associé un module de mesure de fluide (26) qui est en contact direct avec un fluide s'écoulant à travers le canal de fluide (24) à une surface de séparation (35) côté fluide, le module de mesure de fluide (26) étant entouré par le boîtier de fluide (12), et le module de mesure de fluide (26) étant aménagé de manière à générer des ondes de surface acoustiques (O) qui se propagent le long de la surface de séparation (35) côté fluide du module de mesure de fluide (26).
