Abstract
【解決手段】ダイスガイド4Bを使用するときは、ダイスガイド4Bを保持しピン32の移動を許容するアダプタ44を割ガイドの位置に装着する。自動結線用のジェットを噴射するジェットノズル45は、ジャケット46の内側に設けられる。ジャケット46は、加工液導入口46Aを有し自動結線用のジェットの供給路46Bを形成しハウジング10に着脱自在に取り付けられる。そして、ダイスガイド4Bの手前までガイドパイプ6を下降させて自動結線用のジェットでワイヤ電極を案内する。

Claims (1)
- ハウジングに収納された通電体をワイヤ電極が張架される方向に対して直交する方向に移動させてワイヤ電極を自動結線するワイヤカット放電加工装置において、割ガイドを使用するときは前記通電体の下側に前記割ガイドを装着し前記通電体と共に移動するピンによって前記割ガイドを開き前記割ガイドを越えてガイドパイプを下降させてワイヤ電極を案内し、ダイスガイドを使用するときは前記ダイスガイドを保持し前記ピンの移動を許容するアダプタを前記割ガイドの位置に装着するとともに、加工液導入口を有し自動結線用のジェットの供給路を形成するジャケットと前記ジャケットの内側に設けられる前記自動結線用のジェットを噴射するジェットノズルとを装着し前記ダイスガイドの手前までガイドパイプを下降させて前記自動結線用のジェットでワイヤ電極を案内してワイヤ電極を結線することを特徴とするワイヤカット放電加工装置。
