Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の直径2〜5nm、長さ0.3〜3mmの単層カーボンナノチューブ表面にポリフルオレンまたはその誘導体を担持させてなる電極材料は、単層カーボンナノチューブとポリフルオレンまたはその誘導体の密着性が良好で、電極材料の抵抗が低減し、放電の際のIRドロップによる電圧低下が少なく、さらに負極の酸化還元電位が低く、正極の酸化還元電位が高いので、高電圧特性を有し、さらに高容量、低インピーダンス特性を有する。

Claims (3)
- 直径2〜5nm、長さ0.3〜3mmの単層カーボンナノチューブ表面にポリフルオレンまたはその誘導体が担持した電極材料。
- ポリフルオレンの誘導体の9位の置換基がアルキル基、カルボキシル基,ニトロ基,シアノ基,アルキルシアノ基,フェニル基(-Ph),ハロゲン原子(-X),-CX3,ハロゲン化フェニル基, アルキルフェニル基,アルキルハロゲン化フェニル基である請求項1記載の電極材料。
- ドーピングしたポリフルオレンまたはその誘導体を塩基性溶媒に溶解した溶液に直径2〜5nm、長さ0.3〜3mmの単層カーボンナノチューブに浸漬して引き上げ、溶媒を蒸発させて、ポリフルオレンまたはその誘導体の膜を前記単層カーボンナノチューブ上に形成した請求項1または2記載の電極材料。
