【解決手段】炉体2内に,流動媒体の温度を調節する伝熱管41を備えた。また,伝熱管41を保持する伝熱管保持部材61を備えた。さらに,伝熱管保持部材61の上方又は下方に積み重ねて備えられるスペーサ63A,63Bを設けた。これら伝熱管保持部材61とスペーサ63A,63Bとを保持する保持開口60を設け,この保持開口60の内側において,伝熱管保持部材61とスペーサ63の配置を変更することが可能な構成にした。

Claims (5)
- 炉体内で流動媒体を流動させ焼却物を焼却させる流動床炉であって,
前記炉体内に,前記流動媒体の温度を調節する伝熱管が備えられ,
前記伝熱管を保持する伝熱管保持部材が備えられ,
前記伝熱管保持部材の上方又は下方に備えられるスペーサを有し,
前記伝熱管保持部材と前記スペーサとを保持する保持開口を備え,
前記保持開口の内側において,前記伝熱管保持部材と前記スペーサの配置を変更することが可能な構成としたことを特徴とする,流動床炉。 - 前記スペーサに,被覆層を保持する被覆層用保持部材を設けたことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の流動床炉。
- 前記伝熱管保持部材を複数備え,
前記伝熱管保持部材の側方に隣接させて備えられる第二のスペーサを有し,
前記保持開口の内側において,前記伝熱管保持部材と前記第二のスペーサの配置を変更することが可能な構成としたことを特徴とする,請求項1又は2に記載の流動床炉。 - 前記第二のスペーサに,被覆層を保持する第二の被覆層用保持部材を設けたことを特徴とする,請求項3に記載の流動床炉。
- 前記伝熱管は,互いに異なる高さに配置された複数本の直管部を有していることを特徴とする,請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の流動床炉。
